We have taken two of our kiddos here so far and we LOVE IT! I never though an orthodontist office could be so cool! Awesome place, friendly staff, super clean, and who doesn't love to play arcade games while you wait?!

I interviewed several orthodontists/ dentists before making my decision on where and who to have me treated for aligners. From the moment I walked in the office, I truly felt welcomed. They went over all of my production options, treatment plans and offered suggestions when asked. I didn't feel as I was trying to be upsold or get anything I didn't need. Just being able to chat with Michelle and share my concerns and her experience was enough to choose them. Dr. Gage was friendly, listened to my concerns and gave his opinion in a way that I understood. Scanning was a breeze, picking up my aligners was easy and easy time I visit the office, I leave feeling grateful for there services. A+++++++ all the way!!

I've been waiting to write this review until my treatment was complete, and while I'm not quite there yet, I think Dr. Gage and his team deserve this review. I'm an adult who formerly had braces and then didn't wear my retainers in college and my teeth moved a bit on the top and the bottom. I went to Dr. Gage in June or July of 2021 and told him I wanted to fix my teeth before my wedding at the beginning of April 2022. Dr. Gage was so polite and never once lectured me for not wearing my retainers in college or made me feel judged. Even though I gave him a short time frame for treatment, he came up with a quick plan for me to use aligners and he was able to straighten my teeth so that they were about 95% perfect before my big day. Also, during my in-office appointment before the wedding, Dr. Gage gave me a complementary Opalescence home whitening kit - this was completely unexpected and incredibly thoughtful! As I write this review, I still have a few minor tweaks to go, but I wanted to give a shout out to Level Up and Dr. Gage for everything they have done and their great service. Here's some other great points about Level Up: - Dr. Gage is always so friendly and anytime I had an in-office visit he would ask how I was doing personally in getting ready for the wedding and also how I was doing treatment-wise. If I had questions or concerns they were addressed right away. - I had maybe 3 in-office visits over the course of a year because instead of going in person, I could do weekly scans of my teeth at home using a plastic cover the office gave me. This helped tremendously in not having to take time off from work. - My aligners were Spark brand and were incredibly clear to the point that many people couldn't even tell I was wearing them. My aligners were also notably more clear than any of my friends' aligners from other brands. I also didn't have "rotating buttons" on my teeth like some of my friends, but maybe this changes at Level Up depending on your treatment. - The entire office staff is so sweet and my appointments were always on time.

I wish I could give this place 100 stars. Level up is by far the best ortho we have ever been to. The staff is so welcoming, friendly, and honest. They make their patients feel cared for, heard and comfortable. They have always had amazing communication and helped us through (what can be) the intimidating process of young kids having orthodontic work done. I enjoy Level Up Ortho so much I got braces myself:) I 100000% recommend to people of all ages. They are awesome!!! Plus they have a really cool lobby for the kid with arcade games. 10/10!!!!

My daughter got her braces put on by Madison and Dr. Gage today. She has major anxiety when it comes to dental/orthodontic procedures and was super upset just walking into the office. Everyone was so incredibly patient with her and Madison went above and beyond in helping her to feel at peace and explained every step of the process to her. So grateful to have found this office! I would recommend them to anyone needing orthodontic work.

Dr. Gage and his staff are amazing! Both my children see him and have enjoyed the fun office environment. They love taking part in the yeti squad program and we're shocked at how little pain there was with the Damon braces. I can't say enough about Dr. Gage!!

Both my kids are being seen here, Dr Gage has been great and I really appreciate the care the staff has shown us. My kids love coming here because of the fun atmosphere. I am pleased with the services and how easy they make everything.

Dr. Gage and the staff are always super friendly! The new technology they use with invisalign is much more effective and less painful than when I was a kid! Their office is very clean, comfortable and modern. I'm very glad we chose Levelup!

Our family had a wonderful experience with LevelUp Ortho! My 9yr old son, husband and myself all did clear aligners this past year and it's been awesome! I especially can't believe how fast the results were with my son! The process was painless for him and super easy. Plus... we absolutely love coming here because of the cool arcade set up in the front waiting area. It's a great family-friendly office!

We can't say enough great things about Dr. Gage, his staff, and the level of care we are receiving. Dr. Gage is extremely personable and always makes our son feel comfortable during his treatments. We are very happy we chose him as our orthodontist. Hands down the only facility we would recommend!!!
