If I could give a zero star i would. This is by far the most unprofessional dentist office i have ever come across. I called to make an appointment and the front desk (African) lady told me to come in the next day which was a "walk in" day. I was in great pain and I told her that my pain level was above 10. 30mins later she told me that a room was being prepared for me. An hour later I was sitting there and restless from the pain while begging for pain relief i then stepped out to chew garlic in my car which had helped the previous night. She was mad at me for stepping out then proceeded to keep me there while people came and left while wearing a smirk on her face the whole time. After an additional 3hours of waiting she tells me that the dentist will not be seeing me. I was livid. She told me that the dentist was too busy to see me while people kept coming in and she prepared their file for the dentist. I will be taking this up with the Board and will not rest until I get a resolution. Such treatment of a patient in pain over ones perceived sense of pride should not lead to UNPROFESSIONAL conduct. I will strongly advise anyone NOT TO go to this clinic. The professional standard is below par! The dentist assistants and even one dentist i spoke to regarding this seemed unable to do anything about it which led me to question the practice. I am definitely taking this up with the Medical board

I called Sunday July 19,2020 around 4:30 because I had a couple questions and concerns about my teeth, and I had asked my very first question and the African lady who answered the phone was rude as hell didnt even bother to hear me out and just kept saying no and hung up the phone! Super unprofessional! Listen to the reviews people!!! Do not give these people your business! Front desk makes people not want to go their and get serviced! They have to hire a new receptionist because that lady is making the doctor lose clients!

I wanted to do upper & lower partials. The doctor checked me and took X-ray. They gave me 2 prices.$750 & $1000. For follow up I went to the dentist for impression. Every thing went well. I paid $500 and the rest upon pickup. 4 days later I am told instead of $1000 they told me to pay $2000. Tgey bridged the cobtract. Now I m in tge process of reporting to BBB and Medical asociation professionals. Horrible

This dental office gave me poor rushed service, didnt want to answer any ?s and displayed as if they didnt know much. they said he would answer ?s, but then he displayed same behavior. I only wanted to get an exam so I could see what was going on. I could have went to buckhead area, got that done with a camera for $10 less. I had to request these photos about 4 times before they finally sent them, the other dentist said they were too dark. The girls that were sending them couldnt understand good english or they didnt know how to do. They got the money not after the visit but right after taking the pictures. After I paid he took 10 second for this Dr. Maurice Brown to examination of my tooth. Every time I had questions he rushed me on, so did they. It was clear they didnt know anything about anything but just how to get you in there. After he told me i needed a rootcanal, extraction, and crown, i thought he was coming to answer the ?s I had, they just came with the $1500 bill. Very poor service. All I wanted was xrays of my tooth, The lady lied to get me in there. I complained and tried to get in touch with someone so I can get the pictures taken again or my money back, they just give me the run around. Very Poor service just for xrays.

We've been going LetoDental for several years and am totally blown away by their service. We have absolutely never waited more than five minutes to be seen...usually two minutes or less. We've been seen by th dentist and they are caring and thorough. I recommend them to everyone that asks me about a dentist.
