Our visit with Dr. Kato went very well with our special needs daughter. She was very nice and accommodating and answered all our questions. JP was also very knowledgeable and patient with our daughter,. So glad we found this dentist office. Would definitely recommend!

Dr.Kato was so amazing! She was so gentle and patient with my children. Also the two dental assistants A.P and J.P were so gentle and patient with my kids as well. They were all extremely friendly and made us so comfortable. The office is nice and clean.

Dr.Yim is a very professional oral surgeon in all Virginia.. He's very skilful and patient. His team is Amazing. They are super friendly an make you feel like your home..! I was well taken care of, and I will continue to come here.

Our experience today (7/19) with the Let's Smile team was amazing from the call to inform the practice that we have arrived (with Catherine...apologies if I have misstated her name), to check in, to being called back for cleaning with JP, to conclude with our (meaning my son's) cleaning with Dr. Kato! JP went above and beyond to ensure, Taelor, had a comfortable and memorable experience as well as provided wonderful feedback to my questions/concerns with Taelor's dental habits. He also set expectations with the appointment (and was also extremely flexible/understanding being that Taelor is 3 years old)! Dr. Kato was friendly, great with kids, innovative (my mind is still blown with the knee to knee trick... lol), and she also provided great feedback/tips/tricks for maintaining great dental health. I also informed them of Taelor's future speech therapy appointments and they showed genuine interest! My heart melted at the empathy and care of our practitioners today! Thank you to everyone!

We loved it if I could give more stars I would 10/10 very clean, staff is amazing, everyone was polite and friendly, everyone makes you feel like at home I was worried my baby was going to get scare but Dr. Kato Was amazing so nice and gentle not to mention they have little prizes for the kids at the end of the appt which I found very thoughtful of them. Definitely will recommend.

I had a great experience working with Dr. Manny and the rest of the staff at the Springfield location. I did the Invisalign treatment and am very pleased with the results. Dr. Manny was very understanding of my concerns and always worked with me to provide solutions. I was not confident that my treatment was finished when it was supposed to me, and I brought this up with Dr. Manny. He listened to my concerns and did another scan, so I appreciate his flexibility and commitment to ensuring I was satisfied. His team and the front desk staff were very patient, kind, and caring throughout my experience. Thank you to the Springfield location!

First time seeing Dr.Kato. She was so nice, caring, attentive Dr. They made my daughter experience less frightening. They are awesome!!! Audrey (our hygienist) is so gentle and patient! She is always so nice and loving and over the top awesome! My son loves going there! Given his first ever dental appointment with other office was totally horrible, watching him go for his cleanings with a smile on his face, says A LOT! Dr. Brown is amazing! So knowledgeable and never in a rush! She will take all the time needed to explain what there is to be explained and understood! I love her style, which is very gentle and rather conservative... no aggressive treatments ever! She will do anything to keep maintain the teeth naturally, and only if absolutely necessary a treatment will be advices! I'm SO THANKFUL we found this office! We feel truly blessed and will absolutely recommend them to anyone, anytime!!!
