Called last week spoke with Donna. She offered an appt for Monday the 28th of Nov (date didn't work for me). Called back today someone hung up on me 3 times. I was offered to see his brother Jack after 2 hang ups. I requested Joe. I was placed on hold then phone hung up again. Called from different phone Donna advised me that the doctor will not put me on the schedule due to my not being happy with him in the past and I went to another dentist?!? She said there is a note in the system? I am sure a note she added. I am confident there is something loose with Donna. But if Lester, loves it. I was told from an ex-employee not to return. This would have been a onetime visit for a cavity. My primary dentist is out of the country for a month. I saw my dentist in July. Side Note: Lester recently ran for office in our county. I knew he would lose. I'm not the only one to see through him. I won't look back.

I had such a pleasant experience here! Dr. Billinger has a great personality and made me feel very comfortable before my Gingivectomy procedure. It was painless and he explained everything to me before doing it which made me feel even more comfortable. His assistance Melody was also amazing! She was welcoming, kind and very helpful. The greatest part of all, my teeth came out great!!!! I can't wait until my gums heel. I finally have more teeth than gums lol

I have been seeing Dr. Joe Lester since 2005. He was recommended to me by a colleague. I must admit, Dr. Lester's Dental Group was the BEST recommendation EVER!!! The staff is AMAZING and gives VIP Services. One staff member, Ms. Marcia, provided Top Tier Customer Service. She remembered I was a teacher and my availability for a cleaning. She called me and worked me in at the available time. I was totally shocked she remembered, but not so much. This and so much more is the commitment the Lester Dental Group provides to patients.

Excellent service, hassle free. Minimal paperwork. These guys have it down to a science. I went to 3 different places before going to Lester's. Wish I had gone here first for sure. Dr. Joe is as good as it gets & The Office staff is on point as well. I highly recommend Lester's dental group.

I have been coming to this dental office since I was 7 years old. I absolutely love the quality of service that I receive here! I had switched dental offices to a place closer to my current residence but was deeply unsatisfied so I took the hour drive to see my favorite people and they got my teeth cleaned pain free and the customer service was amazing!

I have been going to Dr Joe Lester for 20 plus years. He has always been honest, professional and compassionate. I would highly recommend him. Donna at the front is super nice they always take great care of me. Cant ever imagine going anywhere else.

I came here around maybe a year ago and this dentistry is by the best i've ever been to. I had an emergency and they worked me in. I was in and out in about 20 mins and Dr. Lester was so helpful and supportive during a stressful moment. I recently remembered the name and just had to leave my 5 stars.
