These guys are great and I highly recommend their team for all your dental needs. I first came here after being with a different local dentist, and I'm glad I did, because they spotted a lot of things that I had no idea about, including an improperly installed crown, which lucky the prior dentist agreed to fix free of charge. But this whole team is very welcoming and friendly, and I always have a good time chatting with them when I'm here. Luba's my specific hygienist, and she's great. Wonderful sense of humor and goes easy on me Definitely check this place out if you're looking for a new dentist.

I've been seeing Dr. Woodell as my dentist for over ten years and she has always provided exceptional care. She's honest, transparent, and professional.

If I could give zero stars I would. She put in a crown for me that broke within 1 year and then she didn't want to replace it free of charge even though it's under warranty. Also, screamed at me and was very disrespectful for absolutely no reason. Also had a secretary ( with absolutely no dental experience) fix my broken temporary crown. This secretary left grey film in between all my teeth due to inserting my temporary crown back in. After seeing Dr Woodell after and explaining what the secretary did, she did not want to scrape off grey film for me unless I paid her for another whole teeth cleaning ( even though I just paid her for a teeth cleaning 2 weeks prior and it was her secretary mistake that she made in my mouth). Had to go to another dentist after to get the grey film scraped off. She is obviously all about the money! Please do not get any work done here. She does not back her warranties and also has other people in the office with no dental experience work on you. Very unprofessional. Zero stars

I love this dental office, the staff is very caring and listen to what I want. The new front desk lady, amy I think, she is wonderful. Very pleasant to talk to

Dr Woodell is very professional. She is a perfectionist. She takes care of her patients and listens to your needs . She also would not do any unnecessary work . She also goes out of her way to listen to exactly what you as a patient wants . I would highly recommend her. She's amazing

Took my kids here. She always talked about the need for flossing. We did floss their teeth and teach them to do it but every time she brought it up again. The she said to me, "Adults can floss too" assuming I don't. That was our last visit.

I had a very hard time searching for a dentist that fit my needs. I was always so nervous and had high anxiety of going to a dentist but knew I had work that needed to be done. I was referred here by a family friend that highly recommended this office. I called with alot of questions and they answered them with great knowledge and courteousy. I set up an appointment and was seen right away because I was having pain. The staff was so helpful on making me feel comfortable and explained everything with great detail. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who has dental needs and enjoy a family friendly staff and doctor.

I went to this dentist regularly for a couple of years, and everything seemed fine. I had gotten a couple of fillings done in that time, all the while being told that I had more and more teeth that would need to get fillings soon. When I asked why I have so many cavities all of the time, the response was always "oh, it's just genetics." One day, I was getting a measurement done for gum recession. Dr.Woodell acted shocked when she got to my lower front teeth. She told me that I would probably have to have surgery to restore that area of the gums, the recession was just so bad. I had never even been warned about this being a potential issue before. Conveniently enough, she said that she knows someone who can do the job, her friend, Dr.(I forget their name.) Seems a bit fishy, right? Well, a few months later, I found myself on Medicaid, which is not accepted here. On my first visit to my new dentist, I presented my concerns about my gums and numerous cavities. The dentist looked confused. She said that I had zero cavities. The gum recession was very minor, caused by brushing too hard. And what do you know, when I stopped brushing so hard, it got better. No surgery involved. The moral of the story is, don't believe everything you're told, and always get a second opinion!

Similar experience that Jess Purcell wrote about. New dentist did not have the same story. Haven't had a cavity since and my teeth are in great shape!
