Ever since she was in kindergarten, Dr. Lesch has wanted to be a dentist. One of her best friends fathers, Dr. Litteken, was her pediatric dentist. She loved going to see him because he made her feel so special.
In middle school, she got to witness the change that Dr. Stretesky, their orthodontist, made for her sister, Leah. Having a beautiful smile gave Leah the confidence to achieve her goals and dreams. After she saw her sisters perfect smile, Halee begged her parents for braces!
She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the prestigious University of Texas Health Science Center Dental School at San Antonio where she was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.
She then went on to complete a one year residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of Oklahoma, College of Dentistry. During this year, she was able to focus primarily on implant placement and restoration, bone grafts, sinus lifts, dental cosmetics, orthodontics, and pediatrics.
Dr. Lesch has completed over 1250 hours of continuing dental education to better serve her patients. In addition, she has received the Fellowship Award from the Academy of General Dentistry. With her roots beginning in dental hygiene and treating patients for more than 22 years, Dr. Lesch is committed to her patients education to help prevent dental disease.
Dr. Lesch resides in Arvada with her family. She enjoys camping, hiking, snowshoeing, playing the piano, working in the yard, and taking photographs. She loves to run, but injured her knee in her last half-marathon!
Dr. Lesch enjoys developing a relationship with her patients and ensuring a pleasant experience in the office. Our belief is to educate and empower our patients so that they may make the best decisions for their overall health. She is caring, compassionate, thorough, and gentle. She loves to have fun at work!
We are so excited to have Carrie join our team! She comes to us with over 22 years of dental experience, after having worked in her fathers orthodontic practice as a teenager. She graduated from University of Colorado with a Masters Degree in Organizational and Group Communication. As such, she truly enjoys getting to know our patients and her customer service approach is top notch!
Jamie is a Colorado native and was raised in the mountains in Conifer. She graduated from the Community College of Denver -Dental Hygiene School in 2006. She truly loves working in dentistry and her favorite part about it is really getting to know her patients and developing a relationship with them. Jamie takes extra continuing education classes to ensure her patients are receiving the most advanced and up to date care as possible.
Christy is a Michigan native but has settled with her husband and baby here in Colorado. She completed her Associates degree in Dental hygiene in 2013 from Kellogg Community College where she graduated as the Valedictorian of her class. She then went on to earn her Bachelors degree in Dental hygiene in 2018 from St. Petersburg College. She believes in the power of education both as a professional and as the patient. She says that the more you learn, the more you know.. and the more you know, the more you can do. Educating her patients on their oral health and how that affects their overall health is her favorite part about her job. She also loves the way a patient lights up when they see their hard work at home pays off!
Outside of work, Christy loves to explore all that Colorado has to offer with her husband, Matthew, her baby, Grayson and their Golden Retriever, Bella. She and her husband love to be on the slopes in the winter!
Amanda is an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant at Lesch Family Dental. She has been dental assisting for over 14 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to our patients. Amanda enjoys all aspects of dentistry, has a gentle touch and calm manner that improves the patient experience! Her rapport with patients is like none other!
She has been married for 6 years to her husband, Mike, and they have two daughters. Amanda & Mike also have two dogs; Scout (a miniature schnauzer) & Cooper (Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier). When not working, Amanda loves to travel and spend time camping at the lake!
