Dr. Paola Leone is a Board Certified orthodontic specialist and innovative leader in the orthodontic profession. In addition to teaching locally at the University of Washington, she lectures nationally and internationally on treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. One of her signature topics is clear aligner therapy (Invisalign), where she demonstrates how to predictably treat some of the most complex malocclusions using removable aligners, using the same advanced techniques we apply here at LVO.
Paola makes life outside of practice a priority as well. She loves her family and cherishes every moment shes able to spend with her 3 kids and husband Greg. In her free time, you might find her performing aerial silk, speeding down black diamond runs on her snowboard, or cheering loudly at her children's soccer games.
Dr. Gregory Vaughn is a Board Certified orthodontic specialist and distinguished leader in the orthodontic profession. In addition to teaching locally at the University of Washington, he has lectured nationally and internationally on treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. One of his notable topics is temporary anchorage devices (TADs). When used properly, they can expand the bounds of treatment and increase treatment efficiency.
Dr. Alissa Borda is a Board Certified orthodontic specialist who was born and raised in the Seattle area. She completed her undergraduate education at Seattle University competing in cross-country and track. Dr. Borda attended the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health where she earned a Doctorate in Dental Medicine and a Masters in Public Health. After graduation she returned to Seattle to complete an advanced General Practice Residency at the Greater Puget Sound Veterans Affairs Hospital and practiced general dentistry for several years. While she enjoyed restorative dentistry, Dr. Borda decided to focus her career in orthodontics, loving the positive effect she can impart on her patients lives. She attended the Oregon Health and Science University for her orthodontic residency and earned a Masters in Science. After eating her way through the Portland food scene, she returned home to Seattle and began working at LVO. Dr. Borda is still an avid runner and enjoys spending her weekends exploring the PNW with her husband (Travis) and Siberian Husky dog (Luna).

Linda has been a phenomenal patient educator several times for me. She is an active listener who tailors her interaction to the needs of the client. When I asked her to write down new instructions for my care, she gladly took the time to do so & confirmed I understood them. She personally accompanied me to the receptionist to assure my next 2 appointments were coded correctly as there had been recent "system updates". A great representative for LVo. Thank you, Linda.

I always have great visits here! Their offices are beautiful, and the staff and doctors are always friendly, professional, and helpful. It's also very convenient because they have a few different locations I can choose from when scheduling appointments, making it easier to coordinate with my personal schedule.

A great experience with LVO. And the results were fantastic. The orthodontists were all experts who communicated very effectively with each other making my experience seamless. I'm happy I got referred out to L&V, I was nervous I might have to do oral surgery and turns out I just needed Invisiline. Everyone here I've met is nice and I want to thank Cristal, the lady who scanned my teeth(sorry I forgot your name!) and Dr. Borda for answering my questions so far!

Amazing staff!!!! I have huge dental anxiety and Linda walked me through every step to calm me down. Jasmine and gail were an amazing team helping me not to move. I beyond appreciate their patience. And scheduling with the front desk junior was so quick and easy!
