Dr. Jacobs graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 1975. He established a cosmetic dental practice in Stonybrook, New York, where he also served as a Clinical Professor of Dental Medicine at State University at Stonybrook Dental School.
He also served as a Senior Consultant for American Dental Examiners. In 1991, he moved to Florida to become the Director of Dental Operations for Cigna Dental Health. Having missed the private practice arena, he returned to clinical dentistry in 1995. Dr. Jacobs and his wife, Judy, have two sons and reside in Coral Springs.
With over 40 years of experience, Dr. Jacobs is dedicated to providing his patients with the most advanced treatments available in all areas of dentistry, focusing on cosmetic procedures. He stays abreast of the latest technology and procedures by the regular attendance at continuing education seminars.
In 1981, Dr. Al-Joburi completed the three-year program with a periodontic certificate and Master of Science in Dentistry from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. He was the Associate Professor and head of the Division of Periodontics at McGill University in Montreal, Canada from 1984-1989. He served as co-chairman of the Broward Dental Research Clinic's Periodontal Division. Dr. Al-Joburi has had several articles published in dental journals and made numerous presentations at local, national and international meetings. Since 1978, he has been a member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, the Atlantic Dental Association and is a fellow of the Academy of Periodontology. Dr. Al-Joburi has been an important part of our team since 1999. He and his wife have three children and live in the Boca area.

She completed her undergraduate education at the University of Florida where she graduated cum laude, receiving her Bachelors of Science in Microbiology and Cell Science in 2010. She then attended the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, becoming a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2014.
Dr. Kohns expertise is in restorative dentistry, and she primarily focuses on cosmetics, crown and bridge, composite resin restorations, dental implant restorations, and dentures. She prides herself in taking the time to educate her patients so that they can make the best possible decisions regarding their oral health.

After my insurance switched at work I had a tough time trying to find a good dentist covered under my new plan. I've had two cleanings and fillings done at this office. The front desk staff, hygienist, and dentist are wonderful. The appointments have been on time which is always a pleasant surprise with healthcare! I never had a cavity before, so I was nervous about my first filling but the staff was great and put me at ease. Each encounter with this office has been pain free and I would recommend them!

Went in for routine cleaning which was covered by my insurance then I received an invoice for $500+ the invoice shows $400+ balance forward..... WHAT BALANCE FORWARD? I have never been to this office before. Front desk is very unprofessional. Marie (billing) just likes to talk fast and doesn't like it if you push back. I would NOT recommend this dental office. They rarely answer phones or do callbacks.

I did three implants and Dr Aljiborie said it's best to join two for strength, but it is not, I don't think jacobs did the impression properly because there is a space between the gum and one of the crown so it's hard to clean, it gets irritated often. Jacobs will not take responsibility for his mistake so he wants me to pay him to replace it. I thought they would handle any issues their customers have, as important as the health of my mouth. I didn't want anyone in my space because of covid so found Dentitox Pro, buy only on their site, my mouth feels better than after a cleaning, no cuts on my gum, Its worth trying, you apply it around your gum, brush it in then floss and use your toothpaste.

If you are looking for a new dentist, this is not the place. Went in for a routine cleaning which should have been free with my insurance. They started upcharging and this free cleaning was now $120 for the same service as a routine cleaning. Writing this review to help others from making the same very big mistake I made in choosing this underhanded dental office.

Having needed quick dental treatment I found Dr. Jacobs. The office went out of their way to get me in right away. Professional, attention to detail, and honest. Clean and all Covid procedures in place. I highly recommend.

Horrible experience. Made an appointment for a cleaning with a lady named Maria two weeks ago, filled out the paperwork online. Day of the appointment, I call to confirm because I never received any type of reminder. Maria answered again and told me that they gave me appointment away and cannot go through with the cleaning. I will be going to a different office. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE!!!!
