Dr. Leo Tokarczyk is dedicated to providing excellent periodontal care to area residents and has been doing so for over thirty years. His undergraduate dental degree at the University of Missouri at Kansas City, and post graduate residency at the University of Missouri at Kansas City and the Veterans Administration Hospital at Leavenworth, Kansas allowed him to develop great expertise in periodontal treatment.
He lectures yearly to dental study groups bringing the latest advances in implant and periodontal procedures to area dentists and hygienists. Dental hygiene students at The Ozarks Technical College also have Dr. Tokarczyk as guest lecturer in periodontics.

My husband, Roy and I, own and operate a 120 acre farm operation where we raise beef cattle. I enjoy knitting, cooking and spending time with my family who love going to tractor pulls. I was a chairside dental assistant for 13 years. I then decided I wanted to be home more with my children, so I received my cosmetology license and have been licensed for 16 years. My family moved back to Springfield in 2019 and I was blessed to join Dr Tokarczyks team in January 2020. My husband and I love to travel. We have two beautiful daughters and a wonderful granddaughter who we adore.
Because I work with such a great compassionate team of periodontal professionals, it makes my job helping patients obtain oral health all the more enjoyable. The family-like atmosphere extends to our patients as well. I graduated from Wichita State University dental hygiene in 1993. I have worked as a periodontal dental hygienist for over 30 years, 15 of those being with Dr Tokarczyk. I love the outdoors, gardening and spending time at the beach. My 3 children are grown and I am enjoying my first grandbaby.
I began my dental career in 1996 as an expanded functions dental assistant. With great passion for the dental profession, I continued my education to obtain an associate of science degree in dental hygiene. With twenty-five years in the dental field, I am truly honored to make a difference by helping my patients improve and maintain their overall oral health. During my spare time, I love to travel and spend quality time with my daughter.
I have worked in the dental field in finance and insurance since 2002. My passion is working with patients and helping them understand and utilize their insurance benefits. My goal is to help patients feel at ease and confident in their decision to choose us for their periodontal care. I married my high school sweetheart Dave in 1991 and we now live between Fair Grove and Pleasant Hope. I love RV camping and spending time with my husband, children and especially my grandchildren.

I have been with Dr Tokarczyk for 6 years, starting as financial coordinator, and currently as a scheduling coordinator. I enjoy spending time with my 2 wonderful children, and 3 awesome grandchildren. I enjoy being outdoors gardening, swimming, exploring and playing with my 2 beagles.
