Heather is a life long resident of Grant County. She graduated from Grant County High School in 2017. She then attended the Institute of Dental Technology and received her EDDA certification in 2018 and shortly thereafter began working at Lenihan Family Dental. She enjoys riding horses and spending time outside with her dog, Axel.
Dr. Copes completed her doctorate of dental medicine in 1999 at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry and is dedicated to promoting oral health in both her professional and private life. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, The Kentucky Dental Association and the Northern Kentucky Dental Society. She enjoys participating in local school and community events while promoting good oral health and dental health careers. Also, she currently serves as a board trustee for the Grant County Public Library.
Originally from Cynthiana, KY, Dr. Copes has been a Grant County resident since 2002. She lives in Crittenden with her husband, Eric Herrmann and their two daughters, Ava and Hannah. As a family, they are active members in their church community at Immanuel United Methodist in Lakeside Park. In her free time, Dr. Copes enjoys volunteering with her daughters many activities and cheering on her beloved University of Kentucky Wildcats!
Dr. Lenihan is a lifelong Northern Kentucky resident. He received his bachelors degree in Biology from Thomas More College and completed his doctorate in dental medicine at the University of Louisville. He lives with his wife Jennifer and four children, Eliza, Luke, Dennis and Tess. In his free time Dr. Lenihan enjoys coaching his childrens sports and playing golf.
Dr. Lenihan has always been involved in the Northern Kentucky Dental Society and is a past executive board member of the Kentucky Dental Association. He is currently a member of the Grant County Chamber of Commerce, Northern Kentucky Dental Society, Kentucky Dental Society and American Dental Association. Dr. Lenihan is also serving as the current chair and executive board member for the Northern Kentucky Board of Health which he has been a member of since 2015. Dr. Lenihan has served as an offsite faculty member of the University of Kentucky and currently volunteers with the Northern Kentucky Health Department Sealant Program and the Grant County School System Child Mentoring Program. In addition, Dr. Lenihan is a member of the International Dental Implant Association as well as the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Hoffer was born and raised in Fort Mitchell, KY where he currently resides. He attended Covington Catholic High School and graduated in 2011. He then went on to attend the University of Louisville where he received his bachelors degree in Biology and his doctorate in dentistry. Dr. Hoffer not only graduated in the top 10% of his class from dental school, but also was active in mission work being done in under-served populations both in state and overseas. His family is heavily involved with the Diocesan Catholic Childrens Home where he enjoys volunteering.
During dental school, Dr. Hoffer attended events such as the KDA Legislative Day, ASDA National Leadership Confrence, ASDA Annual Session, and intends to continue his involvement in the Local Dental Society and KDA/ADA after his graduation. In his free time, he loves golfing, traveling, and live music. He is a fan of all things U of L, Xavier basketball, Reds baseball, and Bengals football.

Some people are born destined to be tall,some to be short,some to be scholars etc. I was born with terrible teeth! Heredity sends us along a path. We have moved many times over the last 40 + yrs,but I have to tell you Dr Jack Lenihan is the best dentist I've ever had. Patient,kind,skilled,empathetic,are just a few traits I've experienced in the last 12 years. Thanks Dr.Jack,so bessed to have you.

I've had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Lenihan and his staff. Very thorough in their cleanings and procedures. Had my first and so far only root canal done here and it was painless. I have since moved away from the area and in search of a new dentist but if your around the Grant County area I highly recommend these guys for your dental needs.

I absolutely adore Dr. Copes! She goes above and beyond for her patients and I am truly grateful for her! The staff are always so kind and meet all your needs. This is by far the best dental office I have ever been to and my family and I will continue to come here.

I've been going to jack for years. The staff is always friendly and helpful along with Dr. Jack being knowledgeable and explaining options if dental work is needed.

Pulled rotten tooth on Tues and it's been a week and it's still in there. Can't eat, drink or anything. Can't get any relief from him. Went back and he fixed me up. Very nice man.
