At our five Federally Qualified Health Centers throughout Los Angeles County, our teams of healthcare professionals are dedicated to providing primary, preventive and acute care to all individuals including adult and pediatric medical, dental and vision care.

The patient-centered medical home is a way of organizing primary care that emphasizes care coordination and communication to transform primary care into what patients want it to be. Medical homes can lead to higher quality and lower costs and can improve patients and providers experience of care.

Welcome to QueensCare Health Centers!As one of Los Angeles leading nonprofit community health centers, were dedicated to keeping families healthy. We offer a variety of services to meet the needs of our patients, including adult and pediatric medicine, dentistry, optometry, and specialty services.

At QueensCare Health Centers your healthcare team, consisting of providers, dentists, pharmacists, medical assistants, and enrollment advocates, will work with you to achieve your individual health goals and help connect you with coverage.

Last year we saw nearly 25,000 patients at our five neighborhood locations and collaborated with various community agencies to stretch the breadth of our care. Our care management services include disease management for those with chronic diseases and clinical pharmacy for those who must manage multiple medications.

To further our mission of providing quality primary care, our Health Advocates identify and link our patients to various healthcare programs for which they are eligible. In addition to accepting most insurance plans, we also offer a sliding fee scale for those who are without health insurance and do not qualify for available programs. At QueensCare Health Centers, all patients will be served, regardless of ability to pay.

The medical center was sold, and its corporate name was changed to QueensCare. The Franciscan Clinic was combined with QueensCares other community clinics in the Wilshire District and Hollywood under the name Franciscan Clinics dba QueensCare Family Clinics.

The Franciscan Clinics name was dropped, and the corporate name was changed to QueensCare Family Clinics. Until now, the 501(c)(3) non-profit organization was known as Franciscan Clinics dba QueensCare Family Clinics.

Today, QueensCare Health Centers continues to partner with QueensCare to provide healthcare services to the underserved and uninsured people of Los Angeles. The five health centers serve the needs of a growing number of medically uninsured, as well as Medi-Cal, Medicare and other insured patients regardless of race, religion, ethnicity or ability to pay. In addition to the leadership of our president, we maintain an active Board of Directors.
