I had my initial visit and my cleaning afterwards but they called me in October to reschedule my appointment less than a week in advance and never answered or called me back after more than 5 attempts. I am completely done with this "establishment" that's not very well established. It's a shame as the Dr. was very kind. I will never return or recommend.

Do NOT go to this Dentist. They are crooks. Marielle the front desk girl is horrid and extremely unprofessional. Dr. Sundeen charged my insurance company and myself for a crown and after months of cancelled and postponed appointments on their side, they either misplaced, threw away or never even made my crown and have been trying to charge me for another one. I'm working on this insurance fraud issue with my insurance company now against them. DO NOT give these crooks your money. If I could give them a negative amount of stars I would.

Dr. Sundeen, is the most gentlest dentist i have ever been to & i am 69. I have never had a bad experience at Lemon Bay Dental

This happened about a year ago but I was told that I had 9 or so cavities and they wouldn't be covered by insurance so I would be paying around 3600 for the fillings out of my pocket. I left and went to Total Dentistry (would 100% recommend them) to find out I had NO CAVITIES. If you care about your teeth DONT GO HERE.

Staff is always kind and courteous especially with us patients with dental phobias! Dr sundeen is gentle and informative. Linsey their dental assistant always helps put patients like me at ease! Highly recommend

Couldn't be more pleased with my experience at Lemon Bay dental

I had a root canal here last Thursday. The Dr. seemed more concerned about consulting with another Dr. about another patient and being ready for his next patient then he did with my procedure he was currently working on. He burnt my tongue and didn't bother telling me. His assistant told me when she was finishing up as he already moved on to his next patient. I always have pain after any dental procedure and tried to explain that to them before and after the procedure. They said oh no we're doing a root canal you won't have any pain after. So there I was Friday afternoon calling them to explain I am in extreme pain. The lady on the phone cut me off several times and eventually started repeating herself as though she could not be bothered to listen to one more word of what I had to say. This is while I'm talking, trying to explain the situation, the severity of my pain and how they assured me I would have no pain. She told me the Dr would call me. He never did. Now I've been in severe pain all weekend. Here I am Monday morning still in severe pain. Any attempt at eating is excruciating. I wake from my sleep from the pain. Still no call back from the Dr. I never felt so rushed through a medical procedure. Not that I want a root canal to take long but I really felt as though I was unimportant to them. I certainly did not receive the attention one would expect to be required to perform a root canal. I find their complete lack of response to a patients extreme pain very troubling. I certainly would not recommend choosing lemon bay dental and hope no one ever has an experience similar to mine.
