Trained in the most recent technology and developments in orthodontics, Dr. Lemke has been able to meet the expectations of her patients effectivelywith beautiful results.
Dr. Lemke is an honors graduate of the University of Florida, where she received both her undergraduate degree in nutrition and her Doctorateof Dental Medicine. During her four years of dental school, she received the Deans Award, the Honors Award, and the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Award.
Dr. Lemke completed her specialty program in orthodontics at Louisiana State University in 2008. While at LSU, she was awarded the Clinical Excellence Award in Orthodontics. Dr. Lemke was also involved in extensive research in orthodontics, the results of which have been published in scientific journals. Her research involved studying ceramic brackets (tooth-colored brackets) and how toserve patients better, especially more aesthetically.
Dr. Lemke is also an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Western Association of Orthodontists, local study groups, and many local associations. Dr. Lemke enjoys bringing the most current and up-to-date orthodontic techniques to the practice. She coordinates with each patients general dentist through one-on-one interaction to make sure her patients get the best treatment.

Jana was born and raised in Sugar Landand has been professionally involved in the dental field for more than 30 years. She has worked as a dental practice consultant: building dental practices from the ground up. As our manager and patient care coordinator, along with having her RDA, she has taken on a large role here at Lemke Orthodontics. We could not be happier to have her on our team! Jana believes there is nothing like the satisfied look on patients faces when theyve navigated through the sometimes-confusing world of insurance and financing. With her quick wit and warm personality, she makes every person feel comfortable in our office.
Deidra is not only the friendly voice that answers your phone calls, but the face that greets you when you walk in the front door. With more than 20 years in the dental field, her knowledge covers all aspects of dental care. She was introduced to dentistry at a young age, because her father was a periodontist in the Houston area.
Lacey has been in dentistry for more than ten years now. She has general, surgical, and orthodontic experience. Her favorite thing about being in the dental field is the interaction with patients and watching their reactions when their life is changed by the smile we helped to create.
Janet is a Texas state registered dental assistant and has worked in orthodontics since 2012. She has been a member of the Lemke Team since 2013. She enjoys orthodontics because it gives her the opportunity to uplift peoples self-esteemand self-confidence by creating beautiful smiles. Janet is fluent in English and Spanish and is available to translate.
Personal attention. Dr. Katia Lemke treats our patients one at a time, and will give you the individual attention you deserve. Shes also great to talk to! She is passionate about helping others, and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Dr Lemke orthodontist is great, knowledgeable, experienced. Her office is meticulously maintained, decorated for every season/holidays with fun themes, giveaways, space to get kids entertained that keeps changing and engaging. The bathrooms are stocked with toothbrushes and toothpaste so you can clean your teeth ahead of your appointment . She has many technicians working so there's never a wait. Front office is friendly and knowledgeable and remembers every client's name. Dr Lemke is also an avid sponsor to local schools. She also offers a reward program to the kids to keep them engaged in a successful treatment. My kids teeth looked so much better and straight from the very first month or so of treatment. 100% recommended. We go to the sugar land location but I'm sure she keeps her high standards in San Felipe location as well.

I have two kids serviced by Dr Lemke and her team and we have been most pleased with the level of professionalism, knowledge, educating and communication we have experienced. The process has been smooth without hiccups and we would highly recommend families needing an orthodontist to check them out! They also provide incentives to encourage their patients to utilize best practices during and post treatment!

Dr. Lemke is amazing at what she does; thus, it gives me great pain to rate this a 4 star location. I have been going here for a year and would have rated this at 5 star location if the staff was not bad at communicating with patients sometimes. First offense: I was told I would be getting my second tray set in a few weeks, and was told I would receive a phone call when they arrived. I never received a phone call and waited over a month. I decided to call and was told my tray arrived in a week, but I never received a phone call. The front desk said they did call and left a message for me. I pulled up my phone recorded from my provider and there was no phone call from them. They lied to me which I do not like. Second offense: I had an appointment at 11:30am, but I was not informed that they cancelled my appointment. They said they had a note for me to reschedule, but didn't give this information to me. I was half way to the office before I decided to call to see if there was anything needed for me to do once I arrived. I ended up wasting 30 minutes driving because of this.
