I would not recommend. I was a patient for a few years and every time it never fails, there always seemed to be miscommunication with charges or some type of billing issue. They like to point the finger at my insurance company, their job is to clearly communicate charges beforehand, especially when thousands of dollars are at question. I've had just ok dental work done, over all not worth the headache. The staff were friendly and Dr. LeJuene was a nice guy but his skill as a Dentist for me is a deal breaker.

Sarah was extremely rude and condescending throughout the entire phone. Even called me back to make matter worse. I ended up canceling all appointments. The only good thing about this location was the service I received from Cali.

When in with a chipped tooth and in a lot of pain. The only thing he did was looking in my mouth and told me there was nothing he could do. The hygienist just keep asking me if I wanted a root canal. I said no just pull it. Told me I had to go to a oral surgeon. The following day I went to another dentist and it he took it out with out no issue.will never go back there again. Funny that you can comment back but there was no treatment given to be besides see an oral surgeon and with that no one in the area could see me till the end of July. Unless you mean the treatment was prescribing me an anabiotic. The office should of been more willing to call other oral surgeons in the area to help me find someone. This office could of recommended VCU dental who does walk in like the other three offices I called after I left yours. Net working is the key to returning customers

Dr. LeJeune and all of the staff are just truly awesome. I came to him after neglecting my teeth from the pandemic and my previous dental place closing down. I wish I had of known about Dr LeJeune years ago because he fixed all my previous and current dental problems with care and precision. His billing coordinator worked with me and my insurance and the results are phenomenal. I truly am grateful to have found this practice and would definitely recommend to anyone that wants a healthy and beautiful smile. Also the office is very modern, clean and professional. They truly care and it shows.. Thank you so much.

My first time here. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Dentist was personable and knowledgeable. My dental hygienist, Brittany, explained everything to me. She helped ease my anxiety. Highly recommend!

Very nice staff. Always get a good laugh when I go to do dental work. I can tell that Dr. Lejeune only accepts the best work. That's why I keep going back for all my dental work.

I really appreciate the work and improvement that LeJeune Family Dentistry has done with my teeth. When I first started my teeth were so sensitive and the dental hygienist (Kathryn or Carol, I'm terrible with names) worked with me and was sensitive to my needs to gain back tooth density and less sensitivity. It also helps that everyone is very professional and kind!

I had an amazing visit to this place. Tulsi and Brittany were awesome. The cleaning and all services were topnotch. I am glad i made the appointment. However, the text message sent earlier was abit confusing because I stayed in my car waiting for them to come get me. Overrall, they do an amazing job.

Caveat emptor! I paid $3,500 to have a lower plate made that NEVER fit correctly. After my third trip for an adjustment, I was told the ONLY solution to the poor fit was to have implants done. REALLY???

Once you find a dentist that takes care of you and all your dental needs with no special effort on your part, you know you're in good hands. Dr. LeJeune has been my dentist for about 23 years now and no matter what changes may take place in the office staff, you will always get professional and courteous service from a friendly staff. I'm a forever friend of LeJeune Dentistry. It's funny how many people saw this because I didn't give this review nor is this my dentists office

I have been seen by several dentists over the years (retired military) and without a doubt Dr Lejeune is the most considerate and caring dentist that I have ever seen. My wife and I have been clients for over 14 years and know we can depend upon great service in a great family atmosphere with every visit. They go above and beyond to give you timely and quality service.

From the greeting to Iana she took her time with me during my x-ray to accommodate my needs the hygienist did a meticulous cleaning Dr Lejeune was very friendly informative and made me feel comfortable about choosing Lejeune Dental to get partials and restore my smile Their price is very reasonable. I look forward to begin the process

My family and I are never seen on time when we go for our appointments, plus he is no longer in the dental network I'm in. There has been many times that while sitting and waiting up to 30 min after my appointment time, while folks would come in and get seen. There was one time and waited 45 minutes after I was told that he had an emergency surgery with a client. I was never called before going to his office to reschedule. I was trying to change into his network but was given wrong info by one of his staff membe on the network. I'm told this is how much I'm going to pay and differs way too much from my network. They need to know how the insurance company works, not set their own price. My network sends me how much I owe, I ended up paying more out of pocket the whole year. I was just fed up, I ended up leaving.
