Dr. Lehman and Dr. Waggener met while attending dental school at Temple University. They were married in 2004 and have two little boys. In 2006 they decided to join their two separate practices into LehmanWaggener Professional Dental Corporation at the 80 Doctors Park Location. The doctors, team and patients have been delighted with the outcome. Running one practice together rather than two separate practices has given each doctor more time and given the office a real sense of family. The team gets together regularly outside of the office bringing their family and loved ones with them.

Before having their boys Drs. Lehman and Waggener spent a lot of time traveling. They enjoy the outdoors, scuba diving, mountain biking, boating, and snowboarding. Both doctors also enjoy donating their time and funds to help others. They have closed their practiceon multiple occasionsto participate in Rotary trips where they provided dental care to underserved areas in Nicaragua and Vietnam.

Dr. Jason Lehman grew up in a small, rural town about an hour from Hershey, Pennsylvania. In 1995 he received his BS in biology from the University of Pittsburgh. In 1999 he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Temple University in Philadelphia. Dr. Lehman worked for two dental practices in Pennsylvania before moving to Santa Rosa and taking over dental practices from retiring dentists Dr. Bingham and Dr. Ririe. He is a member of The Redwood Empire Dental Society, The California Dental Association and The American Dental Association.

Dr. Kelly Waggener grew up in Yorba Linda, California. She received her BS in biology from University of California Irvine in 1994. She attended two years of dental school at Northwestern University before transferring to Temple University. In 2000 she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Temple University. Dr. Waggener completed one year of post graduate training through the ADA-accredited dental residency program at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg. In 2006 she received her Academy of General Dentistry Fellowship Award. She is currently a member of The Redwood Empire Dental Society, The California Dental Association, The American Dental Association, and the Santa Rosa Sunrise Rotary.

Gaby joined Dr. Lehman & Waggener 's dental team in 2018. From a young age she has always enjoyed dentistry and now enjoys & takes pride in getting to know and helping our patients. Gaby Says 'I am extremely proud to work with a wonderful & passionate team. My goal is that our patients are happy with every aspect of their visit. I always look forward to greeting our wonderful patients.' When Gaby is not in the office, you will find her spending time with her husband Jonathan and pup Luna. She enjoys traveling, hiking, reading & spending time as a volunteer Bible instructor.

Tiffany grew up in Sonoma County. She loves to spend time with family and friends and often goes camping with her husband and two daughters. Tiffany knew in high school that she wanted to become a dental assistant. In 2003, she graduated from Santa Rosa Junior College with her Associate in Science degree and Certificate of Dental Assisting. Dr. Waggener hired Tiffany right out of school and the two have been working side by side ever since. Tiffany is extremely knowledgeable and current in her field and has a wonderful touch with patients. She takes the time needed to educate patients about their dental procedures and to alleviate any concerns they might have about their upcoming care.

Cori grew up in Fresno, CA. She graduated from the Foothill College, Los Altos dental hygiene program in 2004 and began working with Dr. Waggener that same year. Cori lives in Healdsburg with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending time with her family especially when they are on their boat in Lake Sonoma. Some might say Cori is a chatterbox but for her patients her stories and laughter are not only entertaining but a nice distraction.

Debbie grew up in Wyoming where she graduated from Sheridan College with a degree in Dental Hygiene. Debbie and her husband moved to Santa Rosa in 2001. They spend much of their spare time remodeling their home. She loves the great outdoors and cooking but her greatest passion is her two daughters and four grandchildren. Debbie truly cares about her patient dental health and well-being.

Tina was born and raised in Santa Rosa. She has been practicing as a Registered Dental Hygienist for many years and is still very passionate about her profession. She has two grown sons who are also passionate about their professions. Her oldest, Kenny, complete his PhD in the Biology of Aging and continues his research at the Buck Institute in Novato. Her youngest, Cody, is an Entomologist who works in his field outside of Portland, Oregon. When not engaged in helping patients learn about their dental health, Tina loves to be in the garden or baking and cooking in the kitchen. She also loves to ride her mountain bike in Annadel or join friends for a road ride.

Alicia was born and raised in Sonoma County and graduated locally from the Santa Rosa Junior College. Alicia worked in the dental field prior to becoming a Dental Hygienist and always knew it was her passion. Her primary goal is total patient care, in addition to helping patients achieve optimal oral health. Outside of the dental office, Alicia enjoys incorporating fitness into her daily routine as well as spending quality time with her husband, daughter, and their golden retriever.

Holly Maddocks graduated from the Santa Rosa Junior College dental assisting program in 2003, where she has been in the dentist field ever since. Born and raised in Sonoma County, where her and her husband continue to live and raise their family. Outside of the dental office, Holly loves being outdoors, gardening and spending her time with her friends and family.
