After having had a terrible experience elsewhere in Bethlehem, it was so refreshing to walk in with my son and see him comfortable. They were all so welcoming, and the office is beautiful.

Both my girls have gone to Lehigh Valley Pediatric Dentistry since they were old enough to need a dentist. We love this office!

If it could be zero stars I would've but this is the lowest option. It's just traumatizing for my son and as he lays there screaming "it hurts" the dentist basically just yells at him to stop talking or yelling or making noise so he can finish and "no it doesn't hurt." And I even confronted him after he was done and he was like no it didn't hurt. How he knows what a separate person feels outside of his own body is a mystery to me. Maybe it didn't hurt when he tested it but when you drill deeper and deeper it can. I've had enough dental work done to know sometimes once they get past a certain point they need another shot. And some people have a harder time getting numb. So they pause, shoot it again, wait a minute, then finish up quickly. I was like, "can't you stop and give kids another shot like they do adults" And he's like "oh it didn't hurt. I jabbed him when I numbed him and asked if it was ok and he said yeah. He was already screaming when he came in here." I said "he was CRYING (not screaming) that he didn't want to do it but when he's laying there then screaming it hurts you probably need to do something about it" When we got called back my son was crying and just saying mommy I don't want to do this. Not screaming. Then he starts screaming "it hurts!" In the middle of the procedure and the dr just yells at him. When I tried to bring it up to him after (because he had my sons tooth open and I didn't want him to mess up his procedure and hurt him more if I caused a scene) he tries to gaslight you like he does the kids so I just turned my back and left with my kids and he's not putting another hand on them. And hopefully someone sees this and saves their kids the trauma too. And he was unnecessarily rude to the assistant that helps the dentists out for procedures.

My daughter had a great experience here. The office is very modern, top notch equipment and very clean atmosphere. The staff was attentive and kind. Dr. Amith Majumdar & the hygienist was awesome, patient, and fully explained every question my husband & I had, They made my daughter feel so comfortable. Kudos to each & everyone. I highly recommend this place.

This office uses restraint on children that is not warranted. I didn't realize there were other options until it was too late. A cavity filling was the most traumatic experience of my parenting career! Explore your options before signing up with this office!!

This pediatric dentistry office delivers a top notch experience from start to finish. My 5 year old has autism and severe white coat anxiety. But the smiles and customer service at this office are extraordinary. Dr. Majamdar is wonderful and he and the staff here put my child at ease and make the experience so enjoyable that he asks when he can go back to get his teeth cleaned. Thank you so much.

We had our first visit with Dr. Majumdar today and cannot say enough good things. From the front desk, to the hygienists, to the doctor himself everyone was so friendly and welcoming. No long waits, quick and efficient X-rays and cleaning for my antsy toddlers. My boys already can't wait to go back to the dentist. Absolutely fantastic experience. So happy we found Dr. Majumdar!

Dr. Majumdar and his staff are all amazing with my daughter! They're very patient, gentle, and make her feel comfortable at every appointment. They were even able to get her in for a same day appointment when she needed it. Thank you LVPD staff!

Dr. Majumbdar is an EXCELLENT Pediatric Dentist! In my opinion, he is the BEST in this area! He has helped my daughter with her dental fears from the day she started going to him! My daughter is never afraid to go to the dentist anymore! She loves going! We are SO THANKFUL that we found him! I have taken my daughter to quite a few other Pedodontists in this local area and in NJ, and we love Dr. Majumbdar! He is SO GOOD with kids! He gets on the child's level ..... he talks to them them on their age level.....you can definitely tell he is very into his profession, and he likes what he does. It's very obvious to me.... And I am a Dental Hygienist myself, so I KNOW!! When my daughter had a restoration (filling) done when she was very young, she HAD NO IDEA she was even having a filling done! She thought she was having a "princess" placed inside her tooth while she watched a movie that was playing on the ceiling! The dentist told her the papoose was a "surf board" and that she'd have to climb in! (GENIUS!) (I understand that the papoose is for everyone's safety, especially the safety of the child during a dental appointment when you cannot predict when they might put their hands up into the air and possibly bump a dental tool while in action!) My daughter always looked forward to the balloon and the prize machines that they gave her after an appointment too (PRE-COVID)! Honestly, I would not take my daughter to anyone else! Dr. Majumbdar is THE BEST! (And so is his Hygienist "Amanda"..... she is SO SWEET and gentle... we LOVE her!)

We love LV Pediatric Dentistry! We never wait long no matter what time in the day it is. The staff treat my children so well. They enjoy coming to the dentist. My oldest would look forward to her dentist appointments. They used to give balloons and coins for a machine with toys before covid. Due to covid though, they got rid of those things to reduce the risk of exposure to covid. They've handled the whole thing very well. They really do an excellent job!

Had an appointment--gets a text message ON THE WAY THERE that the appointment we are driving to was cancelled. So we turn around and come home. As we get home the phone rings are are told the appointment is now back on. When I say ok but we might be a few minutes late since we went back home (b/c of THEIR text msge!!), they then say "oh if you cant be here on time then forget it, we'll reschedule you a month from now." WHO DOES SOMETHING LIKE THAT??? (And this was the 2nd time we had a scheduling issue with them). We then call to complain and get a half hearted apology but still can't be see for another appointment for over a month... which of course now would require our child to miss school since they hardly ever have any hours after 3: 30. Plenty of better options & will go w/someone MUCH more professional than THAT!!!

My 3 year old son received dental X-rays . I called the next day to ask as to why he would receive X-rays at such a young age when he has no issues . The dentist could not justify in his notes why he took the Xrays. I then told her I do not want X-rays performed again and she said "she can't guarantee it but will mark it in the chart." Since when does a parent not have the right to refuse an X-ray. The dentist industry is known for performing unnecessary procedures to make money . I'm starting to think this place is one of them.
