If you are looking for a dental practice for the whole family Lehigh Dental is the place to go. I am a patient both of my sons are patients and my father is a patient. We all drive over 30 minutes to get to the office. The entire staff is professional kind and considerate. My father is 82 years old sometimes gets his dates and times confused with other appointments will show up late or even on the wrong day. The staff will accommodate him and his dentist says don't worry we will work you in shortly. One time I called on a Sunday morning in pain the doctor called me back talked to me called in a prescription and made a special appointment time for Monday. My whole family loves the positive attitude the staff gives. They never make you feel bad if you have a dental problem it's always that's not too bad we can fix that no matter what the problem is. The office is always very clean and waiting room is comfortable. Some of my family has dental insurance and some of us don't. Lehigh Dental has always handled the insurance and if it wasn't covered we were always treated very fairly on the price. Scheduling has never been a problem to set up or reschedule. They send reminders about appointments and happy birthday messages which is very nice. I hardly ever leave reviews but Lehigh Dental has definitely earned this one.

This practice is wonderful for both adults and children! Dentists are patient and caring, and take the time to talk with their patients about the exam and procedures. Friendly staff and calm environment for those with dental anxiety. Recommend!!!

Dr Baus, Dr DiPaul and the entire team at Lehigh Dental are fantastic! The staff is caring, knowledgeable, friendly and personable. They are familiar with the latest technology and treatments. Our appointments are thorough but they keep things moving. I never have any stress going to the dentist. I have referred others who love the office as well!

My rating for Lehigh Dental LLC 1-10 for today's visit on 9/21/2022 was a definite 0 or a D------ . The new dentist is rude and wouldn't even examine me. I asked him to check my crowns and he wouldn't even check!???? Seriously bad ethics there. I've been a patient for 10 years! This new dentist is no good. Dr. Eric Paul Thumbs down

July 2022 Edit: this office is nothing like it used to be years ago when I first wrote this 5 star review. I miss Dr Gyory... In response to the owner's answer, I have no desire to be seen in your practice or discuss my situation. There was no flexibility in your scheduling, and I was told I'm a new patient because my dentist had left which is absurd. I already saw and established with a new more accommodating dentist who also offers payment plans like your office USED to do. This practice went downhill when Dr Gyory left.

We have been patients at Lehigh Dental for years (about 8 or 9 years). We get our teeth cleaned every 6 or 7 months and never skip. Dr. Tom was a very caring and friendly dentist. When he retired I was a bit concerned because he always took care of my kids' teeth well. If there was ever an issue, like a cavity, he took care of it, no questions asked and usually without any novocaine. He is just an overall good guy. Dr. Baus is also a good dentist. And the hygienists are also great, caring and very good with kids. I cannot in good conscience give a 1 star review because of the good things we have experienced, but we have had a recent issue that I just cannot ignore. Unfortunately, when I took my son (6 years old) in for a cleaning a few weeks ago, I was told, by Dr. DiPalma (a young dentist) that my son's mouth was a "mess." And that he had anywhere between 4 and 6 cavities. He couldn't give me an exact number. He proceeded to tell me that I needed to take him to a pediatric dentist to have his issues remediated, probably under anesthesia. I am someone who takes care of my kids. I felt insulted and I felt he insulted the care that the previous dentist gave my child. I am also a very educated person, and did not accept the "diagnosis" as final. I got a second opinion from another dentist, someone with a lot of experience. The new dentist said that my son had 0 cavities, and the only issue was that a filling fell out and needed to be replaced, which he did in 5 minutes...no novocaine. Absolutely no other issues. Needless to say, I cannot come back to this practice, which is sad, because we have had nothing but good experiences up to this point. If you are a patient, insist on seeing Dr. Baus. If you have children at this practice make sure Dr. Baus is their dentist. It is really concerning to me, the difference in diagnoses from 4-6 cavities to 0. Thank you.

In the beginning Lehigh dental was great with my kids, we had an instance where my daughters appointment got cancelled twice. I work full time and had to rearrange my work schedule each time. When they called me to cancel the second Time I was upset but In no way shape or form rude to the receptionist. I verbally told her it sucked because I had the weekend off at work and had to give that up for the appointment. She said the doctor was sick. I asked Her if we could reschedule because she did not even offer to do that, and we did. I showed up to that appointment to be questioned in front of my kid in one of the patient chairs about me being rude to the lady on the phone? I tried to explain myself to the dentist however he kept insisting and said he believed his staff. I admire him protecting his People but he got this one wrong. Even said I didn't care he had the flu... I would never. He then refused to see my kid and asked us to leave. The situation could've been handled better. He could've even pulled me aside where my 8 year old couldn't hear or the rest of the patients and had a conversation but no he made a scene. My kid went home and cried. I would've gladly found a new practice with no issues had he respected me more as a mom and adult. They could've even called to cancel and save us the trip. Wish everyone the best & I hope they learn from the way they handled this situation.

This place is a money machine Period. They do not care about their patients. My 16 year old niece was rejected from her appointment because her mom did not want her to have x-ray's for a dental check up. They refused her and told her Dad they could not come back unless they got regular x-rays!. There is ZERO need for x-ray's for a cleaning and a check up. X-rays have been a big part of Dentist's income for ever. People are being unnecessarily radiated 2x a year to line the dentist pocket. There is NEVER a reason for an x-ray in a Dentist office unless there is a problem. NEVER. STOP being radiated just because your Dentist said you have to. BY the way this office pays their patients to leave good reviews. That should tell you all you need to know. Do not be fooled by the 4.7 star rating the majority of good reviews have been paid for

**Note: This business pays its patrons to leave good reviews. Sign in each room** Disgusted and beyond disappointed with the front staff. My 75 year old grandmother cracked her tooth. She missed 2 appointments. The 1st one she missed because she had COVID and the second she was hospitalized. She called both times and gave them a heads up. Her 3rd appointment she missed. She mistakenly thought it was for the following day. She's 75 years old and just got over COVID... I understand they may have to deal with so many who make appointments and cancel. It's just disgusting the way they handled the situation. To give an elderly women attitude and making her cry because of an honest mistake is absolutely disgusting. My grandmother has never had an issue with any of her doctors and any office staff falls in love with her. Your front staff needs to be retrained. If they are frustrated, they should learn how to be profesional and use other outlets. Not offload on an innocent patient. She's not to blame for other irresponsible patients. Listen to the patient, before giving them attitude and being a miserable human being. Did your staff not understand her because she has an accent? Did they lose their patience because English is not her first language and misunderstood her? She'll go to somewhere with kinder and more ethically trained front staff. Please don't let such a "good dental" practice go downhill because you have such a grotesque front staff. As someone who has family in the medical and dental field, do better!

Staff is awesome, and Dr. Gyory is the absolute best. Very own to Earth and personable to talk to and willing to explain entire process. I used to hate going to dentist as a teen...but since I was referred here years ago...I always walk out happy and smiling.

In our search for a new Dentist we were referred to Lehigh Dental by a friend. This practice is so experienced, professional & friendly. Dr. Baus is very knowledgeable and down to earth, very good chairside manor. Lehigh Dental works hard to ensure that their patients are safe & well taken care of.

Probably the best experience you may have at a Dentist. I'm new to this practice, and they have won me over. And no, they did not pay me or credit me to leave this review, I never leave reviews but I felt this one was necessary.
