We require payment in full for services rendered at the time of visit if you do not hold dental insurance that is a PPO or higher. We accept Cash, Visa, Discover, American Express, Master Card, and CareCredit.
As a courtesy, we will file all primary insurance for you as long as it is a PPO dental plan. We do not file secondary insurance and do not accept discount plans or HMO dental plans. It is your responsibility to present our office with your most current insurance card and information. Failure to do so may cause you to be responsible for the entire account balance.
Payment of services, applicable deductibles and co-payments are due at time of your visit. We will estimate the portion to be covered by your insurance and your financial obligation for each dental procedure. This is only an estimate until the claim is paid by your insurance. You are responsible for all amounts not covered by your insurance company.First Pacific Corporation will inform you of any outstanding balances after we receive payment from your insurance with a statement and our office does expect payment within 30 days or we reserve the right to ask an outside collection agency to collect these fees that are your responsibility.
Lyndsay graduated from Texas Tech University in 2010 with a degree in Personal Financial Planning, and has been in the dental industry ever since! Married in 2015 to her college sweetheart Collin. Decker, Jovi, and Stetson have since joined the team! They actively attend Onward Church in Frisco. She enjoys running, staying active, and you can find her in front of a TV on any given Saturday watching college football (Wreck Em)!
Catherine, aka Cat is a single mom to two beautiful daughters. Natalie is 28, married and expecting my first grand child, a boy, due in mid May! Alissa is 23, she is finishing her degree in Journalism at UNT.I am a native Texan, born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. She started in dentistry at 18yrs of age as a dental assistant, then decided on dental hygiene as a career. She loves motivating her patients to their best dental health.When she's not working, she loves to ride her bicycle, garden, hit the gym or just chill w/family and friends.Last but not least, she loves the Lord.. he is her rock and she's always willing to lift others up in prayer or deed when she can.
Joslyn graduated from Texas State University in 2003 with a degree in Resource and Environmental Science. She later returned to school to pursue her passion of dental hygiene and became a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2010. Her focus is helping patients understand the connection between oral care and overall health. Our patients appreciate her gentleness and compassionate chair-side manner. Outside of work, Joslyn enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, swimming, and indoor cycling.
Tina started working as a Dental Assistant in 1994. She takes pride in educating and helping her patients so that they can attain optimal dental health and a smile that they can feel proud of.In her personal life, she enjoys working out and spending time with her family.
Yvette has been a dental assistant since 2005. She is extremely thorough when she assists patients, and her soft spoken demeanor reassures patients that they are in good hands. In her personal life, she enjoys being a mom to Natalya, spending time with her family, refurbishing antique furniture, and reading when she has time :)
Michelle is our bright and shining face of Legacy Ranch Dental! She's lived in the DFW area her whole life and has 4 kids. She enjoys playing with her golden retrievers, working out, riding her bike, and going to the beach any chance she gets!

I'm so happy to have found Legacy Ranch Dental after relocating here in the middle of Clear Correct treatment. They took my case on happily and helped me finally achieve the smile I was hoping for. Will continue to see them for normal dental maintenance for years to come!

My family has been going to Legacy Ranch dental office for 8+yrs. They are always friendly and professional. The hygienists are thorough and the dentists identify problems and give you options of care. I can highly recommend their service.

The staff is always so friendly and they really are very educated and knowledgeable about all things teeth. I've gone for several teeth cleanings and seem to learn something new about my teeth every time. They also offer clear correct which I started a few months ago, so far so good! Grateful to have found such a great dentist office!

I am the biggest baby when it comes to the dentist. Dr. Osborne and his staff were calming, comforting and professional when I arrived for an emergency procedure. Dr. Osborne took the time to explain all my options and exactly what each procedure would entail. I can't say that I'm looking forward to my next visit but I can say that I know they will do everything possible to make me comfortable and pain free. I highly recommend this practice.
