Dr. Finkleman was the sweetest person ever! My son is 10 years old with Autism and he walked right up to her and gave her a hug and kiss. She kissed my cheeks and my babies and the work she's done with my son was incredible! He's NEVER had his teeth cleaned before until his appointment with her! He actually let her clean his teeth using all kinds of the tools they use!! I literally got in the car after the appointment and cried!! And just so others know I drive over 2 hours from Coweta County to her office and I'll keep doing it!!! The office staff and dental assistant were so great too!!! We can't wait to go back in March!!!

Terrible customer service. The receptionist barely look at our face and she left us waiting for 50 minutes. When I went to ask what was going on she said they had an emergency. She never informed the parents in the reception and she was extremely indifferent to my decision of leaving the place! Maybe the dentist is good, however, her reception doesn't care about the clients.

The staff is amazing and my kids love them. We have been going there since they were toddlers. They make my kids feel comfortable and relaxed at every visit.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. My daughter has been coming here for the past four years and we've never had an issue. They are quick, yet thorough and do not try to push extra services on you! Dentist is friendly and has called me back to explain things when needed. They always send appointment reminders and are forgiving with last minute cancellations. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

The team is so patient! My daughter doesn't like going to the dentist AT ALL! But, everyone was so pleasant, positive, and professional. Their communication is phenomenal and has made our overall experience pain-free. 10/10 would recommend!

I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND LEGACY PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY TO EVERY PARENT IN THE COBB COUNTY AREA!!! THEY WERE AMAZING WITH MY TWO BOYS!!! VERY ATTENTIVE TO MY QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS, AS WELL AS MY BOY'S HEATH AND OVERALL NEEDS!!! ALL OF THE STAFF IS VERY NICE AND PLEASANT AS WELL! 5 OUT OF 5 FOR SURE!!! IF YOU CAN HAVE A SINGLE FATHER OF TWO YOUNG BOYS LEAVE HAPPY, Y'ALL ARE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT FOR SURE!!!

I tried to call and schedule an appointment for my 8 year who has cavities and is in pain. The office manager Kristen kept questioning me as if she didn't want to do her job and schedule him. The first statement was,"this place is for children 11 and under." Well I know this place is for children, this is why I'm calling. The second remark was, "why didn't the place who found the cavities help him?" Are you to lazy to schedule him or do you just not want to help us???? My son is in pain so I'm really trying hard not to lose my temper but it's obvious that this Kristen person has no professional bone in her body. I asked to speak to their manager, she said she is the manager. I feel sorry for the Doctors that she is scheduling for, because of her they will continue to lose business. But also if they choose her to run the business then I probably don't want them in my sons mouth. Good luck with these people.

Went in for a cleaning today for my daughter and was seen right away.. AMY the hygienist was super sweet,very patient, and caring all the staff is amazing!!!!

My toddler is 3, and this was my pick for his first dental experience. My sister-in-law trusts them, so I felt it was a good start. I was really disappointed in this place. I expected a kid friendly environment, but we walked into what looked like a regular dentist office. There are murals on the walls, but no toys, books, or even a TV on to distract the kids while they wait. The back area is not lit well or welcoming at all. Our dental assistant, Amy, was amazing. She would be the only reason we would go back. She was so wonderful and took the time to make him comfortable, check the tools out, and gave him some duckies to hold while he had his checkup and x-rays. The dentist didn't walk up and introduce herself well to my little. It was his very first visit, she should have taken a little more time to get on his level, make him feel comfortable, and allow a little more time before rushing in to her routine. He cried the entire time she was next to him. No, it wasn't the white coat.. she has terrible bedside manner for a pediatric dentist. Once the assistant came back, he was perfectly fine, but I will not be returning to this office due to the way the dentist handled the situation. I gave 2 stars because Amy was so wonderful. *I did speak with the office manager after posting this review. She listened and said she'd like for us to come back, but with the office lacking the kid environment and the dentist's bad bedside manner, I would rather search elsewhere.

This is a wonderful dentistry they make sure the kids know what's going on, makes them not scared, interacts with them. I love this dentist!
