Dr. Lombard was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After obtaining his undergraduate degree in life sciences at Pennsylvania State University, he attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine where he graduated in the top of his class. Dr. Lombard was then selected to attend the prestigious Montefiore Hospital, Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City for his three year specialty training in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics. A strong believer in continuing education to ensure his patients receive the highest quality orthodontic care with the latest in technology, Dr. Lombard has completed several post graduate programs and participates in numerous orthodontic study clubs both locally and nationally.
Beyond being committed to his patients, Dr. Lombard is dedicated to his family and community. He, along with his wife Annabel, their son Leo, and their two goldendoodles, Simba and Ziggy, live locally in Leesburg. Striving to give back to the community in multiple facets, Dr. Lombard is excited to partner with multiple schools and businesses in the area.
In addition to being integrated in the community, Dr. Lombard is an avid sports enthusiast and adrenaline junkie. When not in the office, you can find Dr. Lombard snowboarding the backcountry out west, hiking new trails all over the world with his wife, or throwing the frisbee with his dog. Even with Dr. Lombards health conscious active lifestyle, the fastest way to his heart is ice cream, anytime of the year!
Hi there, Ive been in the Orthodontic field for 20+ years. I have worked as an Ortho. assistant as well as treatment coordinator and front office. I enjoy getting to know our patients and love seeing them gain self confidence with their new smile. My husband, Sean and I live in Leesburg with our Lab, Keira. We have 3 grown children. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, traveling, golfing, cooking and anything having to do with flowers.

Hi, I'm Gabrielle, but you can call me Gabs. I have an infant son, Leo, who is the love of my life, followed closely by my husband who is happy to be a close second. I am creative and love movies, dance and music; specifically, the Beatles and Ziggy Stardustjust ask my dog, Bowie. I was born into a dental family with both of my parents being in the field. While I resisted this prospect initially, I eventually acquiesced to my calling. Since entering the dental field as a lab technician, I have developed an overwhelming passion propelling me to accept more challenging positions until I had successfully served in every component of an orthodontic practice; save doctor. I am a proud member of Legacy Orthodontics and truly relish seeing patients smiles growing wider as their treatment progresses.

When i'm not at work, I am constantly on the go, adventuring around the city and hunting for my next meal. I love trying all kinds of food, you could say I'm a courageous eater. My eating habits arent the only bold aspect of my personality, Im always seeking adventure. I enjoy hiking, biking and swimming even if Im not very good at it. I spent part of my life in Mexico, so I am fluent in spanish and love teaching people easy to use, daily phrases.

Both my kids receive orthodontic treatment at Legacy orthodontics. It is quite far from home for us but I don't mind the drive because I know I'm taking them to the best of the best! Dr. Lombard is amazing and the staff is always friendly.

Both of our children had braces through Legacy Orthodontics with Dr. Lombard. They each had a very different set of challenges and Dr. Lombard skillfully and patiently fixed their bite and smiles. The care was very thorough, pleasant and efficient. We loved the staff, they were always so helpful and answered all of our questions- you can tell everyone loves what they do.

I was reffered to this office by my sister. I wasn't so sure but I am happy that I listened to her :). The office is state of the art. All forms were electronic. Check in was less than 5 min. The staff were amazing. The doctor was fantastic and he explain the treatment in details. I am really happy that came here

Dr. Lombard and Natasha are great! after i finished my treatment, i heard they renovated Legacy Orthodontics. it looks nice! it was supposed to take me two years to wear braces, but it took me almost two years to wear it. great and friendly staff!

I have been super impressed with Legacy Orthodontics and Dr. Lombard, in particular. I drove to Leesburg from Maryland, and was never sorry I did. They have gone out of their way to work with me. I moved to NC at the end of my treatment and chose not to transfer to a local orthodontist. Dr. Lombard went out of his way (while recovering from surgery, I may add) to find a NC orthodontist to do my final scan, so I didn't have to drive back to the office in Leesburg (6 hr drive). I have and will continue to highly recommend Dr. Lombard.

Dr. Lombard and his staff are phenomenal. My daughter received excellent care from start to finish. Everyone is very warm and friendly at the office. Dr. Lombard always took the time to explain everything to my daughter to make sure she felt comfortable. He always spoke directly to her and answered all her questions. Dr. Lombard has a high attention to detail, which resulted in a beautiful new smile for my daughter. We couldn't be happier with the results.

Both of my kids had a terrific experience at Legacy Orthodontics. Not only did Dr. Lombard deliver incredible results, he and his staff made the process fun for his patients. Dr. Lombard was fantastic with the kids and he also did a wonderful job explaining his process. It's obvious why Legacy is the "go to" orthodontic practice in Northern Virginia.

I cannot thank and recommend Dr. Lombard enough for his generosity, for fixing my smile, and for putting me at ease throughout my treatment. I came to Dr. Lombard for an orthodontic consultation after a horrible experience at a previous practice that left my teeth in worse condition than when I had begun treatment. It was so bad that the former practice granted me free veneers, but I still left with unresolved dental gaps, a smile I was unhappy with, and a wasted budget. I was extremely upset over the permanent damage and had lost hope for a viable resolution. After sharing my experience with Dr. Lombard, he immediately offered to help and reassured me that more could still be done. He did a great job of explaining treatment options and consulting me on my preferences. I feel incredibly fortunate to have stepped into his office. Upon leaving my first appointment, I felt as though a huge cloud of stress had cleared. I returned to the office for treatment over the following months and received truly top-notch service. Everyone at Legacy Orthodontics is very friendly and professional. Masks were required throughout this pandemic, which made everyone feel safe. The office is newly renovated, well-lit, comfortable, and always clean. They use the best and latest technologies to process patient intake photos, scans, and data. What I appreciate most is their transparency and communication style. I received copies of all my patient documentation. They only proceed with treatment after fully explaining what to expect and how much the treatment might cost. During procedures, I always had the option to stop or take a break, if needed. My only regret is not visiting Legacy in the first place. I'm happy to report that I've completed my Invisalign treatment and got to sign Dr. Lombard's commemorative "smile wall". Now, each time I pop in my retainer, I think about how lucky I am to have met Dr. Lombard Dr. Lombard is a true professional who is active in and well-loved by his community.
