I visited Legacy Orthodontics less than a year ago and was highly pleased with my reception, treatment and consultation. However, much has changed in less than a year! I delayed treatment for a few months due to my daughter's engagement and wedding. I anticipated an increase in fees due to inflation, perhaps 20%, but my rate has nearly doubled! Generally there are two fee schedules: one for insurance purposes and the other when paying out of pocket. I recieved a Senior discount, I pay out of pocket, and a military discount because we are military retirees. I thought that was awesome! But, under new management I was told that I should not have received any discount. I feel like I've been taken advantage of.

Legacy Orthodontics deformed my facial bone structure. I believe they knew that the potential benefits of braces would be slight and they failed to warn me of the harm braces could cause. Like many orthodontists, mine were at least partially aware of what they were signing me up for -- the little known reality that braces damage faces. I went in with no real need for orthodontic treatment, and left with unnatural asymmetries in my craniofacial structure. If you are interested in actually understanding orthodontics, google orthotropics. Treating symptoms without appreciating the underlying causes is as simple minded as it is closed minded, as ignorant as it is arrogant. Grow up.

The staff who works there are awesome, kind, and gentle. My son is almost done with his braces and my daughter will be next. We will without a shadow of doubt be returning to Legacy Orthodontics for all of our orthodontic needs. We ALWAYS leave with a smile :)

This orthodontist is terrible. They switch people every time my child goes and each time they complain about the work the last group did. "They're so stupid they don't know how to do a simple steel tie" so negative. Also, my child has had visible gaps and they have not even tried to close them. I understand it is a process but just 2 months ago her teeth had no gaps at all. Ever since Dr. Patel has left it has gone completely down hill for her treatment.

I love this place. The staff is super friendly and professional. They are helpful and very informative. My 8 year old daughter feels very comfortable coming here. The care is top of the line. Definitely the best dentist we have been to.
