Love everything about Dr. Brannen and his assistants. Always straightforward advice, sensitive to the pain that can arise from issues or procedures, and available for emergencies that arise. My family have been using them for 10+ years and are so fortunate to have found them after going through some less qualified practicioners.

Dr. Edward's has been my dentist for years. He's knowledgeable, stays up to date on new tech, and great at communicating. He's reasonably priced and works with several insurances. I'll be there for years to come!

Loved this dentist office at first. They referred me to an awful oral surgeon for wisdom tooth removal. When I was in excruciating pain and the surgeon would not move up my post-procedure follow up, I called Legacy to request one of their dentists give it a look to make sure I wasn't infected. They refused, and told me I had to wait for the surgeon's appointment. Later on, I received an email from Legacy warning they were dropping some insurance plans and mine may or may not be affected. After three calls to the office, no one could tell me whether or not my insurance would continue to be accepted. Apparently only one person had this elusive knowledge, and she was never in the office during the hours I was directed to call back, and she never returned any of my calls. When I finally received notice directly from my insurance company that this practice would become out-of-network for me, I called it quits. They weren't there for me when I really needed them, nor could they answer a simple yes or no insurance question.

I have a fear of dentists but Dr Edwards is the best. He sings during the whole appointment and it distracts me from what's really happening!

Ill admit I need a lot of work done and have been a bit embarrassed to seek help. Dr. Alex Edwards and the hygienist Tammy never made me feel embarrassed at all! I felt at home and well taken care of. I wont go to any other place!
