Dayne R. Jensen, M.D., D.M.D. was born and raised in Utah. As a scholar athlete, he received his Bachelors of Science Degree from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, while playing football. He then received his first graduate degree in dentistry at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Dr. Jensen graduated Summa Cum Laude and received multiple awards during his time in dental school.
He completed a total of 5 years of residency in Oral/Maxillofacial and General surgery during this time in Omaha. After completion of residency, heelected to further his training and accepted a position as fellow in Cosmetic Surgery in Oklahoma City.
Doctor Dayne currently serves as the surgical director for the organization Ghana make a difference where he and his team return to Africa each year to perform surgery. He is also a board member for the Utah chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis foundation.

Dr. Jensen is absolutely amazing!! He explains everything, friendly and makes you feel comfortable before procedures. His staff is welcoming and friendly.

Dr Jensen is the man!! You'll feel very comfortable with him, he's friendly, nice and outgoing and open about all options. Get sedated if presented with the option, it was amazing. If you need an oral surgeon, this is the place!!!!

If anyone is looking for an honest, genuine oral sugeon- Dr. Dayne is the guy to go see! Prior to meeting him i had been to quite a few surgeons who didn't bother reaching out to my dentist and wanted to charge me thousands and thousands of dollars for my implant. i consider myself blessed to have found someone who did their research and knew of current options that cost me half of the other places in Davis county. His staff is incredibly kind and understanding. I was always treated with respect and appreciated their sense of humor. I've already recommended my family go to him and I recommend anyone reading this go there as well. Many places don't care about their customers/ patients and more and only care about how much money they can make seeing as many people as possible. That is not the case at Legacy Heights.

Beautiful office conveniently located in Farmington. Friendly & professional staff took exceptional care of my dental needs. Dr Jensen explained the procedure in detail so we felt comfortable about the procedures.

I really loved the experience I had today!! I hate going to the dentist but Dr Jensen fixed that. I requested to be sedated to ease my nerves. It was so awesome! I would definitely recommend sedation with wisdom teeth extraction. Thanks Dr. Jensen

Wow!! Doctor Dayne and his team are amazing. I was treated like family the second I walked in the door. The staff introduced me to Doctor Dayne who insisted I just call him Dayne. Dayne explained the procedure in detail and allowed me to ask as many questions as I wanted. Dayne's team then took me and prepared me for surgery. The surgery went amazing and I feel great. I want to thank this team and will be referring them to all my friends and family. Thank you for an amazing experience.

This is the 3rd time having to come to see Dr. Jensen this time was for my oldest daughter to have her wisdom teeth pulled. As always customer service is world class and Dr. Jensen really knows how to interact with patients and make them feel relaxed. I would recommend this place to everyone.

My son had been delaying getting his wisdom teeth out for years because of having anxiety about the procedure. I finally talked him into going to see Dr. Jensen. When I asked him about his consultation, his first response was, "He's so cool!" I was very impressed with everyone at the office, the reception was very kind on the phone, the assistants took great care of my son, and Dr. Jensen has a way of personally connecting with the patient to make the experience successful. I'm so impressed with his office that I'm sharing this with all my patients, I'm a dental hygienist. Thank you so much! I can finally sleep at night knowing my son's wisdom teeth are finally out!!

Dr. Jensen and his team were so kind and welcoming! Everything went smoothly. Even when I passed out after they put in the IV (not their fault, my own prone reaction), they were thoughtful and helpful, making sure I was alright before beginning surgery. My mom and I enjoyed their service so much, my younger brother is going in next week for his wisdom teeth extraction too! Worth the drive for us! They are efficient and not too expensive. Dr. Jensen even gave us his cell number in case we had any questions or concerns the next few days. I would highly recommend Legacy Oral to anyone!

I had been dreading getting my wisdom teeth out and kept putting it off. I have servere anxiety but when I got there everyone was SO nice and reassuring. Doctor Jensen was especially incredible. He noticed how anxious I was and want to make sure that I understood all of my options. He said they could have me go to their surgical center in salt lake because there they have an anesthesiologist that could knock me out before they give me the IV which is what I was most nervous about. Eventually I decided to just get it over with since I was already there. I was shaking like crazy because I was so nervous go get the IV but the second I got it it ended not hurting at all. It was the tiniest pinch, not even as bad as a flu shot. I barely even felt it. And then less than a minute later I was out and next thing I knew I was home. Overall I really couldn't possibly have asked for a better experience. It was totally worth driving all the way out there. Wonderful staff, and wonderful doctors, 11/10 recommendation for anybody anxious about getting their wisdom teeth out.

Dr. Dayne Jensen is amazing! I went in to get one of my teeth pulled and he made it a very fast and easy process for me. We love the office and all the employees are very nice there. I will definitely go back and recommend Dr. Jensen to everyone!
