While our office is happy to accept plans from virtually all major PPO dental insurance companies, such as Cigna, Delta Dental, Humana and others, but were also happy to offer low-interest payment plans through programs like CareCredit!
San Antonio dentist Dr. Brian Eck, opened his office at George Road on January 4, 1984. A Texas native, born in Kingsville, he has lived in San Antonio since age one. After finishing high school, he attended Texas A&M University, then on to the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio for his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He has been practicing comfortable and comprehensive dentistry for 35 years.
Dr. Eck is married to the former Sheryl Smith of New Braunfels and has two grown children, Gray and Caroline. He has been active in the San Antonio Dental Society, serving on the Judicial Committee, and is a dedicated member of the Texas Dental Association and American Dental Association. Dr. Eck loves to teach and work with students, and for over twenty years, he has worked with the San Antonio College Dental Assisting Program, training many of the Dental Assistants in Greater San Antonio. Currently, he is Chairman of the Board of the Dental Assisting Program. Now entering his 35th year in dentistry, Dr. Eck is master of clinical expertise, including cosmetic dentistry and overall dental health. Every patient feels like a family member at Legacy Dental SA. They are committed to providing the utmost modern dental services with the old fashioned care that we all expect.

Melissas career in the dental field spans over 25 years now, with over half of those spent right here at Legacy Dental SA. She completed her dental education at UT Health San Antonio and is a Certified Dental Hygienist with training in CPR. She loves the patient care aspect of her work and being able to build such friendly relationships over time. Shes also always happy to spend time with her wonderful coworkers!
Nehas career in oral healthcare spans eight years so far, and she studied dental hygiene at UT Health San Antonio, graduating Magna Cum Laude as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She really enjoys so many parts of being at Legacy Dental SA, including the friendly patients, the beautiful scenery, and the lovely coworkers!
At home, Neha has a loving husband and actually speaks three languages. She always enjoys doing adventurous activities outside of work, as well as painting, sewing, reading, singing, practicing photography, and cooling down with yoga.
Born and raised in San Antonio, Susan earned her associate degree in applied science before earning her certificate in dental hygiene. Today, she has over three decades of experience helping patients keep their smiles in pristine condition. Since joining our team, her favorite aspect of her job has been getting to know new people and teaching patients something they didnt know about their oral health!
Margaret has been a member of Legacy Dental SA for almost a decade, and she loves working with such a wonderful staff and seeing great patients every day. She earned her Associates of Applied Science from San Antonio College and has her certifications in nitrous oxide, pit and fissure sealants, and coronal polishing.
A San Antonio native, Margaret and her husband have a son and two Chihuahuas named Peanut and Zeus. Together, theyre a very happy, loving and energetic family, and she spends all the free time she can with them outside of work. Also, she really enjoys being outdoors!
Gamaliel (better known as Gama) earned his education at Northwest Vista and San Antonio College before joining our oral healthcare family 16 years ago. His favorite part of the job is easy the patients! Whether old or new, they ensure that theres never a dull moment. Better yet, the whole office staff all works together well to make every day great. He is a RDA and has several certificates from Straumann, CEREC, and more, as well as many hours of continuing education under his belt.
Valerie completed her Associates of Applied Science in Dental Assisting at San Antonio College and has been a member of our team for two years so far. She loves being able to transform smiles and lives through her position, as well as develop such strong relationships with patients. Dentistry truly is art in her eyes!
A San Antonio native, Valerie is the middle child out of four kids. When she isnt busy at Legacy Dental SA, she spends her free time working out, hiking, practicing as a self-taught makeup artist, and spoiling her Shih Tzu! Shes also bilingual.
Jacqueline is originally from Firebaugh, CA and studied at San Antonio College. Here at Legacy Dental SA, she really enjoys being able to help patients achieve better oral health through her efforts. She is trained in monitoring nitrous oxide.
