Chris Worth was born in Fargo, ND and raised across the Red River in neighboring Moorhead, MN. In 2005, he graduated with a degree in biology from Creighton University in Omaha, NE, and in 2009 he earned his D.D.S. from the same institution. After graduation, he sought to develop his clinical skills in a big city setting, and took an associate position in Chicago, IL. Looking to advance professionally, in 2013 he and a former classmate opened their first dental office in downtownChicago, followed by a second Chicago office in 2020. That same year, he decided to join his sisters Elkhorn practice as a part-time associate dentist to maintain a more consistent involvement in his Omaha-based familys life, to broaden his clinical experience from his mentor and older sister, and to fulfill a long-discussed vision of bringing together the sibling dental dream team!
From an early age, Dr. Worth demonstrated a propensity for helping others and artistic expression. By the time he reached college, he realized dentistry provided the perfect marriage of health care and creativity. He takes a passionate and holistic approach to his profession, striving to satisfy his patients dental needs in a practical and esthetic manner. His dedication to dentistry and meticulous attention to detail help him produce healthy and beautiful smiles.
In his free time, Dr. Worth enjoys traveling, tennis, maintaining a healthy lifestyle and spending time with hisfamily. He is thrilled that his sister and Legacy Dental have provided him the opportunity to practice the profession he loves while bringing him closer to the people he loves. He looks forward to continuing to grow personally and professionally while serving the Chicago AND Omaha communities dental needs for years to come!

Both Dr. Larsen and Dr. Semerad were very knowledgeable and professional. They worked together to determine my treatment needs and they made me feel right at home! The entire staff will great you with their warm smiles and you will forget that you were ever at a dental office. Legacy Dental was the perfect choice for me!

I love Legacy Dental. The entire staff is very professional and extremely friendly. Dr Semeraud is wonderful in her diagnosis and explanations of work to be done. Amber is the hygienist I see and she is tops! Everyone I've come in contact with is very friendly. The office is new and clean and located close for me as well! Highly recommend!

Best dental visit EVER! Started with Tina my longterm and dont forget best Hygienist in Omaha. Then to Dr. Semerad and Coree who took great care of me, making me feel so comfortable. This was my first visit here as that I just moved to the area. This was by far, the best, most comfortable and relaxed, detailed and interactive first / new patient visit I've ever had. As a frequent mover, I've a lot of experience with this process. It was superb! Highly recommend!

I have been to this office several times prior. However, today I called to try and get scheduled for an appointment to use up my dental benefits before the end of the year and was told since it has been a while which hasn't been too terribly long ago, that they want to treat me as a new patient since I had a large treatment plan. REALLY????? Just another racket for more money. I guess I won't be returning to Legacy Dental. I expected integrity and good business practices from this office. Disappointed in how I was treated. I would not recommend this practice.

I normally can't stand going to the dentist. But for the first time in my life, and I'm not young, I felt comfortable and cared for. Everyone at this office was friendly and treated me with such care. Although I'm not excited to have work done in my mouth, I feel much more at ease knowing these are the people taking care of me. I know I'm in good hands. I would and will recommend Legacy to everyone I know! Thank you

Let me just say this place is a blessing!! Hands down the best treatment I have ever received! The staff and doctor's are phenomenal! They break it all down for you and make the whole consultation really comfortable! Also I would recommend the Membership option if you do not have insurance!!
