The folks at Legacy Dental are the sweetest ever! The entire staff is very pleasant and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone if you would like a a comforting and good experience. Dentist mohit Patel wouldn't transfer my prescription to my local cvs because "its easier" for him to send it to his closest cvs. I drove 32 min to come to this dentist so I couldn't wait around for my prescription to be filled. I called Monday AND Tuesday and whoever answered asked me to call the next day since the dentist left and I said no so she said she called herself to transfer it & called me back to say it was done but it was not there. they promised to transfer it 3 different calls I made called again Wednesday and now they wouldn't answer my calls. So I made the 30 min drive again to ask them where my pain medicine was and they never transferred it. And the dentist would not come speak to me when I asked. All the kind ladies in the front seem to not be trained adequately because no one knew what to do and he wouldn't come help.

Will make you sit waiting for two hours just to pitch you every sales tactic. They have me a quote on the first visit of around $400 to get a tooth pulled, only to more than double that quote for the same procedure in the second visit. Kept giving me the run around, kept steadily trying to sell more services despite being told several times over that I only have enough for an extraction. I kept repeating that I only brought in enough for the quoted procedure over and over again. Not satisfied, they them decide it'll cost me 2.5xs the amount originally quoted. They are NOT transparent at all, except for the blatant exploitation they tried to pull. Do NOT go see this dentist as a cash patient. PERIOD. There are so many others that charge way less to pull a tooth and don't manipulate your bill to come up with even more insane fees that weren't even there before. The cost of pulling the tooth itself is already 3xs as much as other dentists and they'll just hike it up even more after they've already collected your money for an office visit. Pure scam. 100%.

Extraordinary staff and doctor. They take time to explain all procedures. Dr. Is amazing. His chairside manner is great.i I had simple extraction. Dr.. thoroughly numbed the tooth and I was extremely pleased with the low level of pain. Thanks Legacy Dental! I would gladly refer anyone to this clinic.

Wow.... Just... WOW! I called to schedule an appointment for a teeth cleaning. When scheduling the appointment I advised the employee that I had an appointment that afternoon in Dallas for my pregnancy and if they could not get me in that day that it was fine but to let me know so I could schedule it for the following week. The employee informed me that the appointment would be scheduled for 11 am that morning (2 hours from then) and that someone would call to verify my insurance information. 15 minutes before my appointment I arrived at the office to be told by the MANAGER that they did NOT schedule my appointment because they FORGOT to call and verify my insurance. How unprofessional and rude of them! Did they really expect me to schedule and appointment and just not show? Or do they find it acceptable to wait until a patient shows up to tell them they cannot be seen. I left FUMING. After further consideration I decided I wanted to complain about the lack of professionalism and customer service shown by this office to the supervisor of the facility. This was at about 11:30 am on a THURSDAY. I called several more times that day as well as the following day and was advised at each call that the supervisor was made aware of my call and would contact me shortly. FIVE days later the supervisor called and left me a voicemail that I refused to listen all the way through due to her making EXCUSES about how she could not take 5 minutes out of her day to address an upset customer. Upon calling the supervisor back she advised she did receive ALL of my messages but wanted to wait to call me from a business line and not her cell phone... Which she called me from that day. Once again, more excuses as to why poor customer service was given. I have no idea why this office decided to treat a patient as such but the lack of professionalism and customer service shown by not only the employee and manager of the central location but the SUPERVISOR as well has brought me to this point. JUST WOW!!!

Dr. Patel and staff are amazing!! They explain everything with detail, and know how to get down to the child's level! I took my child in for a second opinion. Needless to say, I couldn't have made a better decision!! He saved my child from getting other unnecessary procedures that were not needed! I am forever grateful! Thank you so much!

Waited 40 min for them to say the dentist had a emergency and he's in Dallas and will be here soon as possible. Noo I understand "emergencies" but not after I've been waiting 40 minutes and would.probably still be sitting there. I will pass. Staff wasn't very friendly either. As a medical professional myself.I expect professionalism and this isn't the place. Will find another dentist.

Horrible staff always have an attitude. Never want to teach each other new things. They take instruments out of the autoclave early and do not follow proper rules.
