This office is very accommodating. I can sometimes get a same day appointment. Staff is very friendly, goes over all of your benefits with you, and costs. Dentist is gentle, does awesome work and is very knowledgeable..

From the classy wonderful ladies at the front desk, to the very helpful and awesome dental assistant to the outstanding Dentist. It was a very wonderful experience. Was experiencing extreme pain from an infected tooth and they went above and beyond to allow me to come in, handle my case and then on top of that allowed me to have the extraction done which was painless and wonderful. I am so thankful and grateful to The Legacy Dental Team!

The stars don't lie! I work for quality in a healthcare setting, so I am a stickler for the patient experience and how care is delivered. Everyone here is knowledgeable and do everything in their power to keep you comfortable and ease any anxiety you may have. It is evident they enjoy what they do! Mia in the front lobby all the way to the staff in the back are professional, warm, and inviting. And the Dentist! I can't say enough about how incredible he is. Attentive, gentle, and takes time to explain what he's doing. Top notch experience all around! I would highly recommend them to anyone in search of a dental office to call home. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!

I had a great experience at Legacy Dental. This was a second opinion visit for me due to another local dental office and I not being in total agreement regarding my dental health. It's a small, but great dental office tucked away in Menifee. What could be better?! I was greeted with professional hospitality and was moved through the processes as being the only customer there that day, very attentive. Very efficient and skilled at their profession explaining everything being done along the way. The procedure I received was flawless. They got me in right away, confirmed my issue, and performed the procedure same day and took less than one hour. Their dealings with other customers I noticed were to in fact hospitable. I appreciate the team over at Legacy Dental and will be returning for all my dental needs. For your dental health needs and if you want a great customer service experience and vibe, please go check them out, you will not be disappointed. Hope this helps. Stay safe, blessed, and be well!

So please with the work I got today, everybody is always very friendly and professional from the front desk to the doctors in the back. I hardly recommend Legacy Dental Menifee.

Loved the office staff and the service was incredible! I got an exam, a teeth cleaning, and a whitening done and it was all amazing! They took the time to explain what they were doing, and nothing hurt. Overall, great experience.

Friendly, caring, professional staff. Office is modern as well as equipment. Staff is great in explaining treatments as well as insurance details. Every time I go I'm treated with respect and an explanation of what treatment they will provide me. I will continue going this Dental Office as long as it remains open. I'm am completely satisfied. I started going to Powers Bros when I was 8. I hadn't been to this office since it was no longer a Powers dentist. I figured since my records were there and I needed to be seen asap for an issue that I would return. I went today and the woman at the front desk was friendly and the x-ray tech was awesome. The dentist I saw was helpful and able to resolve the issue I had. When I was leaving there was a different person at the front desk. She was not friendly. She was actually rude. When I asked for a late appt instead of her saying something nice like we don't usually do late this was an emergency appt she replied with an attitude "we only let you come late because it was an emergency this sets us back." Then I left and before I was away from the parking lot I get a call from this lady saying she forgot to charge me my portion. So I pull over and get my card out and ask how much. When she gives me the amount I'm thrown off so I asked if that was with my insurance. Her response is with her same attitude "we don't have insurance for you. These are things you have to tell us before you're seen. It takes time for insurance to go through." Mind you not once was I asked if I had insurance or how I would be paying. I assumed since my files were there and they had my info they'd run for insurance and that's why they hadn't asked. I had even called in first thing this morning to verify that they took my insurance giving my name and appt time. I had planned to go back up until the last 10 minutes of my experience today. The attitude of the last person I saw was enough for me to not. I'll be calling Powers Family Denistry tomorrow to schedule what I need. I was never treated this way by anyone when dealing with their family.

I love going to this place all the girls in the front are super friendly. I absolutely think my hygienist Abigail is the best. The Dentist are professional and knowledgeable.

Dr Barton was great. He listened to my concerns and handled my dental emergency with great care and professionalism. I've always had a hard time finding a dentist I can feel confident in.I'm looking no further. I'll be back for all my dental needs. Thank you Dr. Angel was awesome in getting me in and seen in a very timely manner. Thank you Angel!

The staff is very professional/accommodating and Dr. Shaw is amazing! Despite that I was a little late, he didn't rush his process and still managed to thoroughly exam my teeth. Thank you to the VA for the referral, this will be my primary location for all of my dental needs.

I found Legacy through groupon but the reviews are what helped me make a solid decision. Their customer service is exceptional from phone calls to in person, they are kind and professional. It had been a while since I'd been to a dentist and no one made me feel bad about it. They kindly walked me through every procedure and even broke my dental work into small increments/ payments but never pressured to get work done immediately. I drove over 2hrs to receive great service and Legacy did not disappoint

I'm a disabled veteran with a service dog "Oso " and I have trust issues with such an invasive procedure even though I know it is needed. I was outsourced by the VA for my needs due to the pandemic. On my second visit I was feeling like I was going to visit with my friends at work, seriously! No judgement just plain ol' care. I was ashamed of my smile and laughter ( I used to love to ) because of my failing teeth. My head held low. I forgot what happiness felt like. These past weeks I'm regaining this. After today's procedure I couldn't help from shedding a tear. I wish we didn't have to wear masks, because I'm Beaming! Oso is so confused about this because he is trained to evaluate me for seizures and PTSD. Now he's got to be retrained, lol. The whole family team are very caring and driven to make you feel comfortable and cared for just like the way a business should and is. I can't express how much I love what I have been given.
