Dr. Jason Warn received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from THE Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Go Buckeyes! Dr. Jason is proud to be part of a family tradition of healthcare professionals serving our community. His father, Dr. Stanley Warn, an Optometrist in Beachwood, OH; has been in practice for over 40 years, and served as the President of the Ohio State Board of Optometry. His sister, Anita, is also an Optometrist.
Dr. Jasons younger brother, Jeremy, also recieved his DDS degree from OSU, and is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon! Dr. Jeremy and his family moved back to Cleveland in July 2021, and currently practices in Parma, OH.
In 2014, Dr. Jason joined the dental practice of Dr. Daniel Koplow. Dr. Dan and Dr. Jason knew each other for many years because Dr. Jason and his family were all patients at the office! In 2015, Dr. Dan transitioned the practice to Dr. Jason. A few months later, Dr. Dan and his fianc Janet moved to Colorado Springs to enjoy the sun, the ski slopes, and the magnificent Rocky Mountains!
Dr. Jason spends hundreds of hours a year on continuing education, in an effort to offer his patients the finest quality dental care and to stay updated on the latest techniques and procedures. He is also known to have a calm and relaxing demeanor and always strives to make patients feel comfortable during procedures.

I was in severe pain from what I would later found out a cracked Molar, called on Saturday and the Secretary got me in on Monday. Everyone was very Professional and Super Nice and very Concerned . They gave me Excellent Care. I would Highley recommend them to my family and friends

Well Dr Warn was awesome and his staff were amazing. I need a lot of work on my teeth and his treatment plan sounded perfect for me. I have been waiting years to get this done but the Credit Care they use for financial assistance you have to have really good credit for wouldn't support me after dental insurance covered there part. I really wish they had different financial assistance other then Credit Care. I would highly recommend legacy dental care to anybody.

Everyone at legacy dental was amazing. The receptionist was great helping get paper work done and insurance info set. My dental hygienist was amazing. Dr Jason was great explaining everything with me.

Without a doubt one of the best doctors I've been to and absolutely the best dentist. Dr. Warn was kind, friendly, and understanding. There was no judgement about missing some(a couple years) dental visits. Dr. Warn fully explained everything he was doing when he did my root canal. I honestly could not have had a better experience. Yes, I just said my root canal was a great experience. Oh, and the staff is always considerate and accommodating. It's everything you'd want in a dental office.
