I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The dentist is very unprofessional and is very harsh with her clients. It was the worst place I have ever been to. Most definitely not returning...... it truly was a traumatizing experience at this place.

HORRIABLE PLACE! I waited for OVER 3 HOURS then they said my insurance wasn't working. Turns out they called THE WRONG NUMBER. My insurance said it was working because I now had to call myself. I re-booked they called and had the same "issue". Okay, I rebooked again and the lady said their wasn't a problem now. I went THIS MONDAY for my appointment and they were CLOSED. They NEVER called me back, or even tell me they were closed.

The worst dentist I ever been to. I always have to wait 2 to 3 hours from my appointment time scheduled. The doctor always Harsh when drilling my teeth and he talks too much during his work with the guyanese woman about other staff and personal matters this is wrong to be disclosing other employees matter I infront patients. He always on his phone checking Facebook status and discussing it with the guyanese woman. I had 4 teeth fill and 1 is painful I call to see the doctor the receptionist says I can go Wednesday or Thursday at 12 but I will have to wait so I said to her I will come after 12 if I have to wait it makes no sence to come at 12 and wait I might as well come after she said it's an emergency that's why so why its an emergency and I can't go today. The receptionist was friendly and ok. I would not go back to 26 dentistry poor service bad work ethic they need a manager there.

Great service. Trisha at the front desk was very helpful in getting my insurance issue sorted. The dentist was very professional and assured me that my extraction procedure was going to be done professionally and painless as possible. Given that I had no appointment and just walked in, they did their best to accommodate me.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! Wait time is beyond ridiculous. Had a 2pm appointment, its now 4:30 and I'm still waiting in the lobby. Definitely need to find another dentist..

Dr Michaels was amazing. All the clerks there were so sweet and inviting. The dentist Dr Michaels was very knowledgeable and informative. He was also very patient and sweet to my son. He has a lot of energy for kids. Coming there was a pleasure I would highly recommend. They take delta dental for kids and are just so welcoming

I would definitely recommend this office. Been coming here for years now. Front desk girls Tresha and Tina is awesome! The assistants Bibi and Sunita are great. Dr Micheals did an amazing job . Also Dr Siavash is great. I will say this is the best office!! Highly recommend

Horrible, my appointment was 10:30am and still waiting as of 12:30pm, place is packed and multiple persons are being called before myself. If I reschedule it will be a month or more I will have to wait. I honestly don't know how they have such a high rating. DONT GO!!!! They grind my teeth to the point it is square and sharp on the edges and can cut my tongue. No after care instructions. My mouth is bruised and now I have to fix my bottom wisdom teeth.

Best dentist in south Richmond hill they staff is so polite very professional hands down the best they always find a way to fit you in for an appointment very clean place let me just keep it short the only problem is the parking thank you to everyone that work at Lefferts 26 you guys are the best

From since June 2020 I've been getting pushed around for a root canal and crown. My appointment keep rescheduling and now I have an appointment on 22nd December and someone just call to reschedule it until February, What's going on at this facility is way unprofessional. The root canal was done months ago and I'm waiting for the crown prep and now I have to wait another 6months... I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager and I was told that they don't be there every day. Well I will leave this comment here and I hope the supervisor or manager can see/read and give me a call ASAP.

HORRIBLE SERVICE I wouldn't recommend anyone going here. They make too many appointments a day even though there's only one dentist. The waiting time before they call you in is like an hour or more. I've seen multiple people walk out because of frustration. The dentist is so disrespectful and not considerate at all. While she was filling my teeth, she was being very harsh and rushing. I was so worried that she might accidentally do something wrong. My mouth was hurting because one of one of the tools but she wouldn't understand or listen to me. Before the filling process, while she was cleaning my teeth, she went too deep and im sure she damaged my roots. The staff that help during the procedures are very rude too. They brainwashed me into thinking i haven't been taking caring of my teeth just to cover their own mistakes.
