wow at the rude and extremely unprofessional staff! Dentist is ROUGH and that's not even the worst of it. They don't deserve one star whatsoever. The inside isn't even welcoming nor inviting or warming. Everything was pathetic.

This place doesn't even deserve one star! My wife used to go to this place for years and it's always been something. She had front crowns put in around 5-6 years ago and the first year she sneezed and the right front tooth came out-- they put it back in but every since that happen she's been having nothing but problems with that crown moving when she eats, getting stuff stuck up there etc. and she told them about the issue but the doctor wouldn't listen. Well couple weeks ago she finally got a second opinion after me begging her for years but this place took her insurance, was only 6 minutes from the house and work better with her work schedule so that's the main reason why it took her so long. Well she was seen at Hamburg expressions and her right front tooth is hopeless as they called it--- she has to have surgery done for a bone graft and get the infection out due to the crown not being placed correctly. She also has to reshape and get the other front tooth to match the right! she was just at leestown center a couple weeks for X-rays/deep cleaning before she went to get a second opinion and they never mentioned any of this to her! Now we have to pay almost 7k for these peoples awful work and that's not counting what we already paid these people... We plan to get a lawyer and sue this place!! Please do NOT come to this place. You will have nothing but problems with your teeth after they touch them! The doctor is super rough on your mouth and not the nicest at all. He doesn't even show you the X-rays or talk to you and explain anything at all. This place is money hungry and that's all it is about.

I would not recommend Leetown dental to anyone or anything!!!! The front office staff is very unprofessional and rude. And does not follow threw on what they are supposed to do I was told that they would call the insurance company and make sure all was well this was a month ago. Went into my appointment today was told I had to pay and huge amount didn't get a call or not even a reminder call. If I could I would give a negative 10. Need to get new front office staff that can do there job

I'll pull my own tooth before I ever go back to this dentist. Rude and way too rough, sorry to see its not just me that has had this experience. Don't understand how this place still has patients at all.

This office isn't professional or appropriate in interactions with their clients. I had an appointment at 1:30. Leestown dental care office sent a text of confirmation of this appointment and called the day before confirming the appointment. I arrived to empty office on time. I tried calling a few times while standing there only to watch the phone ring until going into voice mail. I thought maybe the phone ringing would prompt a person's presence. It didn't. There was a sign saying out for lunch and to fill out patient forms. There were no patient forms available in the office waiting area or on the counter. There were numerous boxes piled up on the counter that had been delivered and the tv was playing a soap opera, but the office was empty. I waited a half hour before a girl walked up to the front desk. I said nicely I had an appointment at 1:30. She said I had to fill out a patient form, but I absolutely couldn't be in there without a mask on. I said okay I don't have one with me, but I'll put one on if she gave me one. She said they don't provide masks, but I needed to leave immediately and could not be standing in the waiting area. Also that I would need to fill out the form she was clutching on the clipboard she held in front of her. I said I've already been waiting here for a half hour (listening to the phone ring and the TV play in the very open and empty office) because I came when my appointment was scheduled. You can see the dental chair and lab area along with the receptionist area, cluttered with stacks of papers and other items, from the open waiting room. I added so y'all are working on my teeth. How will that be possible with the mask requirement? She said as soon as I stepped through the door to her left, my right, I should take off the mask. I said so in this open area with no barriers, which I've been in for a half hour, I can't fill out the form because y'all require a mask on this side of the door, but won't provide a mask and don't believe in being present for a scheduled appointment during your normal business hours. She said I couldn't fill out the form without wearing a mask. I said okay and left.

Very terrible staffing. Had a piece of tooth left from a extraction, and they refused to help. Swollen mouth and all.

This Dental Office is a joke. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Staff is laughable and the Dentist is a total tool.

Should have known it was going to be awful when I noticed dead roaches in light fixture. Went in for cleaning and they told me 2 more appointments I could get a cleaning. This is a scam.

My husband was scheduled for a filling today at 4pm. He responded to his text saying he would be there today. When he got to the office the girl at the front desk said your appointment was yesterday. He showed her the message he got from them with todays date and time and where he confirmed it. The girl said well let me check and see if he can see you. She came back and told my husband he would have to reschedule his appointment even though it was there mistake. Needless to say my husband did not reschedule his appointment and he will be looking for a new dentist. This is the second time he has had an issue at this office so I would not recommend it. The office is very unorganized!

If I could rate a negative I would. The dental assistant is disgustingly rude. Not sure how she still has a job because I can guarantee that they are losing patients because of her. I could never imagine being rude to people that way when it's my job to be helpful and kind.

I did not had a good experience with them. I had a appointment for 4 fillings, they did 2 and just left, which i came to know at billing counter. They were unprofessional. Assistant was just giving me a blank stare whenever i was showing any concerns .

Will not be returning and do not recommend. While front desk staff and hygienists were all super friendly, Dr. Ufomata only spent a minute looking at my teeth and it was the hygienist who said I had 10 cavities that needed to be filled immediately. This came as a shock. I got a second opinion from another dentist in town who disagreed, noting that cavities can begin and be watched for years, even decades without needing to be filled. I am worried about the aggressive treatment plans at Leestown Dental Care and disappointed in the lack of explanation from Dr. Ufomata and the hygienist. They didn't even walk me through my x-rays.

Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and professional. Embarrassingly I've neglected to prioritize my teeth over the last few years while I was in college so I was nervous about my first appointment and even though I do have a lot of problems to fix, nobody made me feel ashamed. Dr. Ufomata was straightforward with my dental issues and his plan of action; I need several fillings and 4 wisdom teeth extractions, and all my work will be complete within 2 months. He assured me he would make me proud of my smile again. The hygienist was also very thorough with a kind personality that made me feel comfortable. From my first impression I would highly recommend Leestown Dental!

Asked for a refill on a prescription because of ongoing issue. Was out of town and had to come back to town to find out the office was closed. Holiday? Oh well I guess time to find another dentist. Not very easy to work with and not very friendly either.

The office staff is so unorganized, they have no clue how to help clients. I waited 3 weeks for them to call me back about my insurance, they never did. If you need good service I suggest you find another dentist. Terrible experience, will not be back.
