They keep trying to force my appointment before I'm ready for it. Now after trying to reschedule it again I get badgered for needed to reschedule. (For context, I'm opening a restaurant that has like no staff and after 1 month I finally just received a permanent day off). Maybe listen to your clients needs instead of making them feel pressured and scrutinized. Really enjoyed my dentist and tech in my first visit but I don't think I'll be returning here

Although we appreciate honest feedback, billing disputes due to Insurance are not to posted to disparage Small Business. Insurance companies don't cover services sometimes and each plan is different, so we are very transparent and let you know treatment costs prior to performing any treatment. Thank you for your feedback about the Doctor and it appears you had excellent quality care. You should review your Insurance company as it appears that is the problem.

I received kind and thorough care from Dr.Anne and her staff. The billing side of things was unfortunately just awful. I received a bill for nearly $900 three months later because they had not properly estimated costs with my insurance company. I was very disappointed this process had such a large difference in coverage. Upon speaking with the office manager and trying to understand what happened, I was told "you just don't understand how this works" and was spoken to very condescendingly. On my statement, they had written off some of the remaining charge months ago which clearly showed they had realized their error, yet did not contact me until now - and which late fees even! I could not get over how rude she was. I am so disappointed as the doctor and staff were so kind.
