Born and raised in Dubai, Dr. Cardoso completed his Olevels from St. Marys Catholic High School before moving to India where he received his Dental Degree from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences . He worked as a dentist in India for 5 years before he and his wife moved to the United States. After attending college at Nova Southeastern University in South Florida he obtained his Doctorate of Dental Medicine. Always Striving to better himself, he has completed hundreds of hours in continuing education courses ranging from Root Canals, Invisalign and Implants. During his free time you will usually find him surrounded by music, playing his guitar or piano, cooking, or spending time with his wife, Divya and their twin boys.

Cathy is our office manager who coordinates anything from patient care to managing everyday tasks behind the scenes. She has been with the practice since 2011. She is certified by the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support. Cathy was born and raised in Georgia, she moved to Florida in 2004 with her husband John, and daughters Shelby and Hannah. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, shopping, and traveling-her favorite vacation was to Hawaii to celebrate her 25th wedding anniversary.
Tara is the newest member of our team. She brings 6 years of dental experience to our office. She is devoted to making sure each patient understands their treatment options and needs. Tara enjoys spending time with her husband, Jim and twins, James & Sierra.
Linda has been with the practice for 37 years as a Dental Assistant. She has lived in the Leesburg area most of her life. She graduated from Leesburg High school and has also has attended Lake Tech in Eustis. Linda received her Radiology and Expanded duties certification from the University of Florida. She is certified by the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support. Linda says she really enjoys working at this office and feels blessed to be given the opportunity to meet a lot of wonderful people.
Karen has been with the practice for 40 years as a Dental Assistant. She attended Lake Tech in Eustis where she received her Dental Assistant Certification. She received her Radiology and Expanded duties Certification from the University of Florida. She is certified by the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support. Her husband was born and raised in Leesburg. They have one son and one adorable granddaughter. Karen says she feels blessed to be part of an amazing dental team and the good repore with the patients over the years.
Melissa has been a hygienist for 21 years, she has been with the practice since 2018. She received her hygiene degree from Valencia State College. She is certified by the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support. She has been married for 23 years. She and her husband have 3 daughters, Whitney, Chloe, and Emma. She enjoys boating and fishing with her family. Melissa says she is thankful for all her blessings, especially her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

Very professional office staff. Always friendly. Pricing is very reasonable. So happy I found this dentist. They are very honest on what you need done and not like some of the others that want to get a new car out of you.

Very pleasant experience. They were able to get me in an established as a returning patient the next day. Insurance was explained so there was no surprises. Always a good thing. I was a patient back when Dr. Tatro was there, but looks like Dr. Cardoso knows what he is doing and is very nice. My hygienist did a great job on the cleaning. Thanks you all.

I just moved to Leesburg from NYC and unfortunately had some teeth issues that I was to afraid to handle. So it caught up to me when I arrived here, thankfully Dr.Cardoso and his team helped with starting the process. Had a wonderful experience they all made me feel comfortable and at ease. They also called me the next day to check up on me. This will hopefully be my primary once I get insurance

I HIGHLY recommend going here!! I was reluctant and anxious about going to a dentist again due to past experiences, but this office was completely different. Everyone here is very friendly, respectful, and efficient. Dr. Cardoso and the hygienists were especially informative and considerate to my needs. I felt like I wasn't be judged for anything which was something I was worried about. I felt super relaxed and comfortable and felt my best interest was in mind. The staff is actually pretty funny too! I cannot stress enough how much I recommend this place and how welcomed I felt while there. This is by far the best experience I had with a dental office.

Dr. Cardoso's staff was so friendly and kind. I was terrified to have my broken wisdom tooth removed and the staff did an amazing job at calming my nerves. The procedure was fast and painless. Dr. Cardoso was a total rockstar, I didn't even feel a thing! I was given excellent post-op instructions so my recovery was fast and easy. I would give 10/10 stars for this dentist and his staff! I no longer hate going to the dentist anymore. Thanks everyone!
