April has been with Lee & Woo Orthodontics for 11 years, she is the go to person for all our office locations. She handles all aspects of the office. April isalso aRegistered Dental Assistant and has been working in the dental field for over19 years. April was born and raised in Hawai'i but now resides in San Jose with her beautiful family, Rozena Jo (24), twins, Rainen (6), Rylee(6)and husband Rodney.April loves to travel, especially back home to Hawai'i, and enjoys taking her kids to Disneyland.Whether its patient relations or staff relations, April will handle it.
Lilly has worked with Dr. Lee and Dr. Woo since they first started in Palo Alto, 2001. She is very amicable and enjoys talking to patients. During her time in our office she has grown an appreciation for helping children and adults achieve healthy, beautiful smiles. She enjoys traveling, rollerblading, cycling, billiards, camping and hanging out with herhusband Rick, her son,her family and her friends.
Mary was born & raised in San Jose and resides with her husband Angel & her kids. She is a mother of two boys Joel & Angelo, and a stepmother to three girls Davina, Angelina & Selena. With her spare time she loves to do outdoor activities with her family, baking cupcakes & loves participating in race events. She recently completed the Spartan Monterey Super in June of 2015. Mary enjoys working in family orientated environment & likes to be a team player.

Couple of years ago, my dentist recommended me to Lee Orthodontics to get my teeth aligned. I had a severe overbite issue. The doctor suggested few approaches, with the recommended approach to remove 2 of my teeth. I didn't feel convinced, and also felt that the doctor didn't show much care. Later I went to another orthodontic doctor and got a strong recommendation to not remove any teeth, and was suggested to user a carrier appliance. I went with the other orthodontic doctor and 2 years later have perfectly aligned teeth without losing any teeth. I am so glad that I didn't go with Dr. Lee and hence saved my 2 teeth. My suggestion to Dr. Lee is to do a more thorough analysis and optimize for saving patient's teeth, instead of just suggesting an easy approach. A tooth is valuable, once removed it cannot be put back.

Not one to leave reviews, but the entire staff at Lee & Woo have been incredible. Managed to get an emergency appointment before an early flight as a highlight to the wonderful experience we have had over the years. Service and safety have been outstanding during the pandemic!

Professional and knowledgeable doctor, friendly and helpful staff at a great location. I had an Invisalign treatment done here and the alignment took several additional months than expected but Dr. Lee was incredibly patient and helpful along the way until I got fully satisfactory results. Highly recommend them.

I was a patient of Dr. Woo for 25 months. I got my teeth moved and straightened out well and I don't have enough expertise to comment on the treatment. However, I can comment on the treatment process itself. The insides of my mouth after 2 years look and feel like a bomb went off there with substantial scarring and deformities. During every single one of these 25 months, something was constantly poking or rubbing or both. I also have visibly damaged enamel from when technician was taking off the braces. I would not come back or recommend it over any other ortho treatment. I'd also be more vocal about technicians being sloppy.

Only use this orthodontist if you want to poke your eyes out. Here are the issues with this practice: 1. They will not admit when they do things wrong. For my daughter they placed the brackets too close to the gums, not allowing flosser access. They caused at least 3 cavities probably more. 2. Dr. Woo is plain unprofessional and has the wrong mindset for this business. He constantly blames parents. Prepared to get blamed for everything. 3. Dr. Woo will state that the braces come out "Now or when the teeth are perfect" While you may want an ortho that strives for perfection, under this message is a very stubborn approach that does not consider the overall health of the gums, and teeth. Look at the other reviews. There are plenty of horrible experiences. These two should be sued for malpractice and be put out of business.

Both doctors are well trained. Staff is efficient, caring and speak English natively. Special thanks to Dr Woo for his patience and communication and obsession with perfect teeth alignment and doing the work himself.
