Dr. Jodie Wing Lee has always been passionate about helping people, promoting good oral health and creating a beautiful smile. She has been practicing dentistry for over 15 years. Dr. Lee received her B.S. degree from the University of California - Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1998 and her D.M.D. degree from Harvard University School of Dental Medicine in 2002. Dr. Lee then completed a general practice residency (GPR) at Lutheran Medical Center in New York.
Prior to opening Lee Plaza Dental, Dr. Lee was in private practice in Los Angeles area and served as Clinical Instructor at the University of Southern California (USC) School of Dentistry GPR program. In addition, Dr. Lee has served as the director of the Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency program at the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) School of Dentistry and has served as the director of dental services at the University of Kansas (KU) Health System.
Dr. Lee is committed to learning the latest advances in dentistry. In addition to pursuing continuing dental education at the Dawson Academy and Spear Education, Dr. Lee participates in the Kansas City Dental Implant Society and her professional affiliation includes the American Dental Association and the Missouri Dental Association. Dr. Lee has served on the board of directors of the American Association of Women Dentists (AAWD).

Dr. Lee is straightforward and super attentive, frequently checking to make sure I'm comfortable. She does quick, amazing work, and I've had equally amazing experiences with the office managers and dental assistants that I've encountered here. I love going to Lee Plaza Dental! Dr. Lee and her staff are very sweet and personable. Everyone here is amazing! I could go on and on about how much I love this office, but you have to see for yourself. I have only had great experiences with their efficiency and quality of work. I highly recommend this place for any dental work; I couldn't imagine going any place else!

When we moved back to Kansas City, finding a quality dentist was really important to us. We are so fortunate that we found Dr. Lee because she is exceptional. Dr. Lee and her staff always listen and are personally concerned about you as a patient.
