In searching for a new dentist in January 2022 I found this one as I live in Dryden now. They were booked far so gave me a cleaning appointment for August. That day came and since I didn't confirm the appointment they gave it away. They got me in 2 days later, so I thought fine great. Worth the wait I guess. Then after that I was told to wait for an appointment for my many fillings that I've been in dire need of for about 2 years now. After a week I got an access tooth on my molar, first time ever in my life at 28. I called and they got me in 2 weeks later. They said they could only pull it there and could not root canel. So I said no thanks and that ended the appointment. I was shocked like this was only for one tooth?? That was about 3 weeks ago. I finally get an appointment schedule today via email and to my shock they gave me one on the 26th end of this month, 1 for November end of and some next year. I thought God was finally getting me the assistance I've been praying for so long now and I'm just hopeless now. Yet I remain patient and understanding as out local dentists are strained and are doing their best. I recommend this dentist, but be conscious that since they are sooo good and nice that sometimes it's gonna be a wait

I went in for two fillings this week, something that I am definitely not used to. I moved here a little over a year ago and back in CT I had my teeth worked on one at a time. This time around I didn't really know what to expect, as I only had a cleaning, so far. Well I was a bit surprised having two teeth worked on at once, but I am glad that I did. (Not at first mind you because I hate getting novacaine.) The dentist took pictures of before, during and after. I asked to see the pictures and his assistant gladly showed me. They came out GREAT! My mouth felt great after the novacaine wire off. (No issues at all since Monday and it's now Thurs.) The receptionist looked up some information for me and had it all ready for me by the time I was done. I am very happy I had my dental work done here.

They have a good dentist when you can actually get in, I called this year during January to get an appointment they gave me an appointment for May, the day before my appointment I received a phone call from them telling me that they had to reschedule my appointment because they double booked. My appointment was rescheduled for July, I called them last month in alot of pain, I was told to talk to the dentist when I came in for my appointment.

The office staff never answers the phone. The only way to talk to them is to go to the office. Dr. Shelburne is a great dentist the staff ate really nice when you get to talk to them. If it's an emergency don't go there. I've been waiting since Aug 2021 trying to get dentures. Very aggravating I need my dentures I'm in a lot of pain

Did not like the receptionist very rude,the doctor was ok.But im still waiting to get dentures i had the mold made 2 months ago and they are saying im on a waiting list and i jave to have another mold when ever they decide to get my next appointment Very disappointed

Dr. Shelbourne is ABSOLUTELY the BEST! He's Very Gentle, Caring and has Excellent Bedside Manners as they Call It! He Actually takes the time to listen to you! One Dentist has made a mess in my mouth one tooth was chipped and filling was loose, after Dr. Shelbourne got through fixing it, it looks like a brand new tooth now! I'm Really Amazed!!! I highly recommend him and his staff, the staff too, I give them 5 stars!!!

This place is absolutely wonderful. They will go above and beyond to help people. If you call and need to get in for an emergency. They will usually get you in that day or the following day. The staff is so friendly and they have experience and know what their doing. Honestly this was my son dentist. They was so good that I decided I want them to be my general dentist. They truly care about the well being of their patients. I have been to a dentist that just want to get you in and out for the money. Lee family dental will not rush you out the door. They will answer all your questions and give you advice. They will have a friendly conversation with you even as your checking out. That goes a long ways especially with people who get nervous when they go to the dentist. The moment you step foot into their door you feel at ease. Hands down the best place around. They're such a blessing to our area. I truly hope they know how wonderful they are.

Just wanted to say thank you to Dr. Shelburne. Having dental work done is not easy on the client or the doctor. Dr. Shelburne has been very kind to an old woman. He listened to my concerns and discussed what needed to be done with me. I felt as comfortable as possible given the situation. A nurse was with me at all times and helped calm my nerves and explained to me what I needed to do post procedure. I was well cared for and, the office was immaculate. During this time of Covid, I had no worries about my health. Thanks again for your help as well as that of your staff.

I called and asked if they could possibly see me because I have broken a molar and need it fixed. Believe it or not I have never been to a dentist and was super nervous and had no idea what to expect. Because I had never been to a dentist they said it would be best to have a cleaning and x-rays done first and assess the situation. I told my hygienist I was nervous and it was my very first time and she made me so at ease. She told me everything she was doing and explained it all to me step by step as she did my x-rays and cleaning. Dr. Shelburne came in after and was very polite and professional, did a quick exam and said what needed to be done. The hygienist explained to me everything that would happen at a later appointment before I left and I felt so relieved that it went so smoothly. I honestly give all the credit to that wonderful woman who put my mind at ease through the entire process. Thank you so much! You have no idea how much I appreciate it! Great experience.
