They wait 3 years to finally call me about a past due bill after sending notices to an address I no longer lived at. And I explain I'm about to go on vacation, and they could care less. Mike, you're a great dentist, but your receptionists are the worst and I recommend basic empathy training for them.

The office ladies are phenomenal!! They go out of their way to make sure I am informed and my family is taken care of! Dr mike is also wonderful and provides wonderful service!

Office staff a delight. Both dentists were very pleasant to meet. They were able to take our whole family and get us going right away. Thank you very much

I have been using Dr Mike Lee's staff for my bi-annual dental cleaning for about 5 years. They always get me in without a long wait and the dental hygienist gets me through the cleaning as comfortably as possible.
