My experience at Lee dental care in August of 2020 was less than satisfactory. I went to this dentist for routine dental care and was informed that I needed two root canals. The dentist never mentioned that Endodontists specialize in root canals, and did the procedures himself. Over the span of two years, I have endured pain in both teeth that had root canals performed, and recently have learned that the root canals have failed and now have bacteria that was not cleaned out properly and is eating away at my bone. My current provider has the necessary equipment that enabled him to see the root structure in my teeth that led to the conclusion that the root canals has failed. I'm posting so others know what has occurred since I attended this dentist.

The dental assistant calmed my initial fears while sitting in the chair waiting in the dentist. She talked to me and sensed to really care. Then the dentist came in, and my anxiety went through the roof. The dentist spoke with me very kindly and also calmed my fears...needless to say, I have an appointment scheduled to go back for my dental treatment. They are very kind and knowledgeable. I give them 5 stars for sure!!!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Was seen for wisdom teeth pain, went to someone else for a second opinion. And I was told I have an infection, was quickly placed on antibiotics. This practice only goes by the numbers of patients they see quality of care is not there, not the first time such a crucial mistake was overseen.

I found this Dental practice to be very good. The people were excellent at their jobs and very pleasant. I do feel like the work was too expensive however. I was looking for affordability and responded to their mailing. I ended up paying 750 for an extraction and bone graft. Then they wanted over 1100 to do cleaning as part of an extensive treatment plan. Sorry, but from step one it's not looking affordable at all.

Every visit I've had here, I've had to wait over 30 minutes to get into the chair. Then typically another 15-20 minutes to have the cleaning start. On top of that, they pressured me to pay extra for a deep cleaning (I declined and had to sign a waiver) and for x-rays that I didn't need. I had my previous dental records sent and had x-rays within the last 8 months. They made me sit and wait and wait until I finally gave in just so I could save time. Why am I meant to feel like I'm being hustled by my hygienist just to get a routine cleaning?

Everyone at Lee Dental was wonderful. I had a dental emergency. They got me in quickly, came up with a plan, and resolved my issue. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

This was the best dental experience I've had. This was my fourth appointment. I show up early and my wait was less than 5 minutes each time. I had some cavities filled and two deep cleanings. Each time I was out of the door in less than 45 minutes. I was nervous because I never had cavities, my teeth have gotten sensitive over the last 4 years that I haven't been to the dentist so I was also nervous about the deep cleanings. I didn't even have to tell my dentist about my sensitivity, she already could see. The process was smooth and painless. The ladies in the front when I checked in and out are very friendly. Everyone is very professional and good at what they're doing. That put me at ease. The pricing is very fair compared to other dentists I've been to. I've been to a lot of dentists and these are the best. I'm actually happy to pay the prices they give. If I knew a place like this existed, I wouldn't have waited four years. This will definitely be the dentist I stick to.

Lee Dental was very accommodating during my emergency. Dr. Goldstein is very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Lee Dental. And again a couple of years later, they again rocked at getting my dental issues resolved.

I haven't been to the dentist in a long time because of fear. So I sucked it up and went on 10-26-22 because I want my smile back. Scared and thinking the worst because i know my teeth need help.but the front desk lady's super nice and everyone walking out with smiles calmed me down a little. I got called back and everyone smiling and saying hello again helped. Got x-rays with the sweetest girl. Then I met the dentist and didn't get judged once and she said let's get you smiling again. Of course I cried. A happy cry. So she gave me what needs to be done and for the first time at a dentist office I was excited!
