Dr. Lee C. Wright received his undergraduate degree from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN in May of 1983. He enrolled in the College of Dentistry at University of Tennessee Center for Allied Health Sciences in Memphis, TN in August of 1983. After completing the four-year program, he graduated in May of 1987. Knowing he wanted to stay in Tennessee, Dr. Wright was given the opportunity to begin an associateship in Franklin, TN at the satellite office of Dr. Shackelford and Dr. Dotson. Upon building his patient base over the course of 10 years, Dr. Wright purchased the practice from them in January of 1998. He also purchased the building and was therefore able to maintain the practice at its current location.
Dr. Wright is a member of the American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association, Nashville Dental Society and Pinnacle Study Club. He is involved with various civic organizations including Boy Scouts of America and is a Sunday School leader at First United Methodist Church in Franklin. Dr. Wright and his wife Cheryl have been married since 1983 and reside in Franklin. They have two children, Eric and Elaine.
Courtney is a 2007 graduate of the Tennessee College of Applied Technology earning her certification and license with the Dental Assisting National Board. She began her career with Dr. Wrights practice in September, 2007. She has completed extended education courses in CRP, Dental Radiology, Nitrous Oxide Monitoring, Coronal Polishing and Sealant Application. Courtney was the chairside assistant for the practice 8 years before transitioning to Office Manager. She is a member of the Dental Assisting National Board as well as the American Dental Assistant Association. She lives in Chapel Hill with her husband Chris. Their hobbies include fostering dogs, camping and spending time at the lake.
Kelly attended Tennessee State University in Nashville, TN graduating in 2000 with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She began her career with Dr. Wright in March of 2002. She also works in Nashville, TN. She is a 1996 graduate of Franklin High School and is a native of Franklin. She is married to Ben and they have twin girls, Peyton Bailey and Avery Mackenzie who were born in 2011.Kelly enjoys helping out with her girl's softball team.
Ashlynn graduated from Tennessee Professional Training Institute as a Registered Dental Assistant in July, 2020. Immediately following her graduation, she joined Dr. Wrights staff as his full-time chairside assistant. She is fully certified in CPR, Nitrous Oxide Monitoring, Dental Radiology and Coronal Polishing.
Ashlynn is tri-lingual and enjoys going abroad, particularly to Japan. She spends time with her host sister, Shuri, with whom she lived with while in high school. She currently lives in Murfreesboro with her roommate Kai and their rescued, four-legged friend, Ruby.
Shelly completed her education as a Registered Dental Hygenistin 2001. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Tennessee State University. After several years working for Dr. Wright as a fill-in dental hygienist, she moved to part-time for the practice in 2021. A Nashville native, Shelly now resides in Spring Hill with her husband and teenage daughter. She enjoys the arts, music and whitewater rafting.

I've been a patient of Dr. Wright for many years and it has always been a pleasure. The office staff is always helpful, pleasant and accommodating. They are always on time and informative. Dr. Wright always does the final check when they clean my teeth, a great dentist!

I don't know why I've got charged for canceling an appointment. I won't pay (for what) but it continues show on my credit report. Beware for suprise charges!

I had a bad experience at another Dentist office as they wanted $6k worth of work. So of course I wanted a second opinion. I had a gentleman refer me to Dr. Wright. I'm extremely happy and thankful that I visited his office!! I received my cleaning and made an appointment to have 3 fillings. With insurance I'm paying less than $150! That's far from $6k that another office was going to charge, saying I needed crowns, etc. (I don't need any crowns) From the very moment I walked in to Dr. Wrights office, I was warmly greeted by the extremely friendly and caring staff. My dental hygienist was phenomenal and very friendly and of course Dr. Wright was very thorough, caring, showed empathy and built a rapport with me. I will absolutely recommend Dr. Wrights office to ALL of my family and friends!

Dr. Wright is fantastic and I highly recommend him. If you are looking for a good dentist in the area, he is your guy. He and his staff are all so caring and personable, it makes you really enjoy going in there for your appointments.

Dr. Wright is the best you can find. Him and his entire staff are very relaxed and personable and do their best to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I had a lot of dental work done with him and not only does it look great, but the quality of the work is outstanding. He is the only dentist I would recommend.

How pleasant to find a dentistry that isn't just out for your money. I tried several other dentists and never stuck with one. Dr. Wright was referred to me by a friend and I have found him and his staff to be professional and caring. It is a very balanced atmosphere between professional but also very friendly and personal.

You couldn't ask for a more personable and friendly dentist then Dr. Wright. He and his staff give excellent care to their patients because he doesn't push any unnecessary procedures. He always shows me why I need to have something done and explains what he found that explains the treatment. I trust him 100% with my dental health and he has proved me right.

I had a lot of work done on my teeth by Dr. Wright. I went to several other dentists until I found him and trusted him to do the work. He made me feel like he cared about me as a person and that he wanted what was best for me. I am so glad I chose him, my teeth look so much better now and I am not embarrassed to smile anymore.

Dr. Wright does not treat me like I am a dollar sign, he treats me like family. I had many problems to say the least, with my teeth when I came to Dr. Wright. He took the time to evaluate my situation and came up with a custom treatment plan for me. Dr. Wright and his staff are the best, highly recommended!
