He has a gentle approach, easing any concerns you might have about treatment. He listens and tailors individual treatment based on your particular needs.
Dr. LeCroy is highly-committed to staying up to date on new techniques and technologies. He started his education at University of Alabama where he majored in chemistry. He received his doctorate of dental medicine from UAB School of Dentistry. He furthered his dental training with a one year general practice residency at the VA Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama. During this one year residency, Dr LeCroy completed training in the surgical placement of dental implants, the treatment of medically compromised patients, and the restorative aspects of implant crown and bridge. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and the Birmingham District Dental Society.
Dr. LeCroy grew up in Vestavia Hills. He married his wife, Callyn, in the fall of 2014. They met while in dental school at UAB and have two daughters. Outside the office, he enjoys exercising, playing golf, hiking, and being on the lake.
Crystal Johnson works with us as a Dental Hygienist. She attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham for Hygiene school and has been in the dentistry field since 2006. Crystal has a passion for taking care of people. For her, its not just about cleaning teeth, but taking care of patients overall oral health while also getting to know them on a more personal level. She enjoys conversations with patients about life, family and Jesus. Outside of work, Crystal loves spending time with her husband, Andrew, and two children, Slade and Holston. Youll often find Crystal and her family enjoying the outdoors and fishing or hanging out with their two labs, Buddy and Doc.
Jill Sherman has worked as both a Dental Assistant and a Registered Dental Hygienist for the past 33 years, and shes been a valued member of our team for 18 years. She received her dental education and training at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and has been passionate about the dentistry field since then. Jill enjoys working at LeCroy Dental for many reasons: she loves meeting new patients, calming their anxieties and forming lasting professional relationships by providing excellent dental treatment. Outside of work, Jill enjoys knitting and glamping, a.k.a. campingshell never leave home without all her comforts. Jill loves spending time with her husband, Ed, her daughter and son-in-law, Danleigh and Austin, and her granddaughter, Nelleigh. Of course we cant forget about Jills love for her three dachshunds, Lucy, Ella and Rosco.
Lauren Conner has been assisting Dr. LeCroy with many types of procedures since 2014. She earned her degree at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and has been working in general dentistry since 2001. She has also worked five years in the periodontal field, as well as in pediatric offices practicing dental hygiene. Lauren loves getting to know patients and forming relationships with them. Being able to help patients and attend to their dental needs is very rewarding to her. Some of Laurens favorite things to do outside of work include working out and enjoying the great outdoors. She loves vacationing with her husband, Brad, daughter, Tatum, stepson, Cash and stepdaughter Emmie. Lauren is also a loving dog mom to Trixie, her rescue pup adopted in 2017.
Stacey Bridgmon is our Insurance Coordinator, and shes been in the dental field for nine years. Shes usually handling insurance, but occasionally youll find her at the front desk or answering phones. Stacey loves working at a practice that is grounded on Christian beliefs. Stacey has been a Birmingham resident all of her life. Outside of work, she loves vacationing at the beach and spending time with her daughter, Kayla, and son, Justin. Some of Staceys hobbies include monogramming, photography, and hanging with her lemon beagle, Ellie.

Been going here for many many years. Dr. LeCroy and staff are all very professional and down to earth. The building is convenient and the inside of the office was recently updated. Very comfortable atmosphere.

I have been using Dr LeCroy for several years since he took over the practice in Hoover. The same with Lauren after Deanna retired. They both do excellent work. I would recommend Dr. LeCroy and his staff to anyone looking for a dentist. Integrity and kindness come to mind when I think of him and his staff.

This is my favorite dental service. I have had many dentists in my 70 years. I had my teeth cleaned by Sarah. She was very gentle and thorough. The staff were very courteous and they treat me like family. Dr. Jimmy LeCroy is great!!! he handled a tooth implant for me last year in 2020 and it went very well. He also had to refer me to an Oral Surgeon. He knows the business and knows the industry very well. Great staff, great location very professional. My dental service for life.

The entire staff at LeCroy Dental are always incredibly friendly and accommodating. Dr. LeCroy is obviously committed to making the patients feel as comfortable as possible and is incredibly knowledgeable no matter the scale of the issue. This is by far my favorite dentist I've ever had. They always are straightforward with my needs, take my comfort into consideration, give me a price before procedures, and everyone treats me like family. I always feel welcomed and every dental procedure I have had done there is always perfect. I've never had issues with any of my dental procedures done. I STRONGLY urge everyone to give them a chance to treat you like you deserve to be treated!
