Linda Mitchell graduated from Buckeye Valley High School in 1968. She worked as a secretary with a car dealership for 2 years at which time she met her husband of 43 wonderful years. While traveling with her husband in the armed forces for 10 years she had, two great children.
Once they settled down back in Delaware, Linda worked as a nursing assistant for 5 years. Then changed profession to being hands on taught dental assistant. From there she has worked in the dental field for the past 20 years.
Katie Glasgow graduated from James A. Rhodes College in 2008 with an associates degree in Applied Sciences. She has been with the office since 2009 and has been practicing hygiene for 5 years. She is married and expecting their first child in late January.
Heidi Maurer graduated Cum Laude from Columbus State Community College In 2010 with an Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. She has been married for 20 years with 3 children. When Heidi is not working, she is spending time with family, decorating her house, party planning, sitting on the softball field, or attending church.

Dr. Lechner and his practice have stopped taking Medicaid as an insurance. This is unprofessional as it could indicate discrimination based off socioeconomic status. His hygienists also speak down to people as children who are on Medicaid when they did accept it.

Dr Lechner has been my dentist and my families for over 30 years. He is a great dentist and has always taken care of urgent help immediately. Leslie Vicki and his team are great to work with. Highly recommended by my family.

The entire staff at Dr. Lechners office are nice, polite, and caring. Dr. Lechner went above and beyond to extract a tooth for me in an emergency basis. Thank you once again

Maybe he treats regular insurance patients well, but when I went as a Medicaid patient the experience was awful. I went thinking I had a cavity. The dentist came in and without saying anything said "here hold this metal piece and tell me when it hurts" I said, "I'm sorry, what?", "I want to see if this tooth is dead." And I got even more scared and said "I'm sorry, what?" Instead of explaining anything he said "just tell me when it hurts", so I did, and it was extremely uncomfortable (because the tooth wasn't dead). His assistant responded AFTER THE TEST "it's the tooth on the other side". Needless to say, I won't be back. Medicaid patients don't control what the government pays and we are still human and deserve explainations for procedures. I've avoided leaving a review for a couple of months, but if I can save someone else the trouble I will.

Thankfully I was able to get right in when my tooth broke. It was all the taken care of very quickly. I had an appointment to fix it in a couple of weeks... but my tooth had other plans. I'm so relieved I could have it taken care of so quickly.

Excellent experience every time. Tonight was numbed, drilled and had a filling replaced. Gentle dentistry at its finest. Linda and Dr. Lechner worked like a well-oiled machine. I mean, who almost falls asleep during these types of procedure?! Exemplary! Thank you!
