Dr. Michael J. LeBlanc is a native of Metairie LA. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Louisiana State University in 1998. After working as an Associate Dentist for 3 years, Dr. LeBlanc opened his solo practice in Prairieville LA in 2002. Since that time he has continually participated in courses covering the latest advances in all aspects of Dentistry. Dr. LeBlanc has spent well over 1000 hours and counting, in continuing education. In 2016 he earned a Fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry, an award that only 6% of dentist in the US have obtained. The Fellowship requires 500 hours of advanced education in a 5- year time frame.
Dr. LeBlanc also serves as a hands-on mentor for newly graduated and well-experienced dentists through Practical Clinical Courses organization in Provo, Utah one of the most respected and advanced dental educational facilities in the country.
He is among only 400 dentists worldwide who have been chosen as evaluators for Clinicians Report, a publication of CR Foundation and is read in 70 countries worldwide.This prestigious, nonprofit organization evaluates dental materials, equipment, and techniques. In addition, Dr. LeBlanc has participated in controlled clinical trials for the advancement of dentistry.
Dr. LeBlanc has been married to his wife Jill since 2000. They have three daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities with his daughters, reading, fishing, and attending LSU baseball games.

Dr Leblanc and his staff are very welcoming and accommodating. I have had to have extensive dental work over the past two years and seen all the team members in the office over a number of visits. Thank goodness they have taken excellent care of me. They know I get very nervous about such invasive dental procedures. They are sure to explain what has to happen and the sequence of events to get me to the finish line. I appreciate the explanations, the friendly faces, the laughter and good disposition of Dr. Leblanc and his team. Thanks for all you do and have done. Best experience yet!!! From the check in to the check out!!! Dr Michael and his staff are understanding and gentle. Had an emergency and was able to get in the same day I called. No more corporate Dental treatment for me.
