the care i received was very good. staff were friendly and attended to my issue with care and compassion. i was a little taken aback by having to pay the full amount after insurance, immediately but that is the way things are today. it would have been the same anywhere.

I had a visit with the hygenist at Lebanon Dental Centre this week and once again had a very good experience. The staff continues to be friendly and professional. They offer good care, but do not pressure or try to market services that may not be essential. I highly recommend their Tooth Saver Program to anyone who might avoid regular dental care due to cost. It's available to anyone regardless of insurance coverage.

Thanks to everyone at Lebanon Dental for the care I received at my recent visit. Chelsea at the desk provides a pleasant start to every visit. Thanks, Chelsea, for your positive demeanor! Dr. Shah and Julie took care of a tooth that just had to go. Who looks forward to that? Not I, certainly. But the procedure was smooth and painless (yes, novacaine gets the job done). Dr. Shah got in and took care of business with dispatch. Julie provided great support! Typically, I visit for routine dental care and hygiene, so Allison is the person with whom I have established an excellent relationship. She clearly is proficient and knowledgeable, providing excellent guidance on at home follow-up. Thanks everyone! Dr. Sayed, the owner pf the practice should be very proud of his staff. The degree of professionalism, patience, and kind they have is unbelievably great Small update months later, I was having horrible back pain and so they let me reschedule them the same day, very understanding people and the receptionist is too nice

I had a great experience with the Lebanon Dental Center. Allison is an amazing hygienist. The dentist was also was very patient and thorough in answering all of my treatment questions.

I have been coming to the Lebanon Dental Center for years. I love the inviting atmosphere and the high-end service. The doctors and the staff have completely eliminated my worries about dental visits. Super service and affordable, realistic prices !

They're always friendly oh, and can get me in in a timely manner especially with emergencies, they explain everything in detail and work to take care of your needs with your budget in mind. They always take the extra time to make sure I'm comfortable because I have anxiety about dentists. They are absolutely wonderful when it comes to understanding my anxiety and walking me through the process to make me as comfortable as possible.

I was served by Allison as my dental hygienist. She was very nice and highly skilled as she deep cleaned my teeth. Also, she provided me with very informative suggestions about my specific dental problems when she noticed, which helped me a lot for understanding these issues and then making the right decisions. I would highly recommend her if someone wants to pay a visit to this dental center :)

You know I'm not one for writing negative reviews because this dental center started out not bad my children were not ecstatic with the dental hygienists but they tolerated them I never had the pleasure of meeting the dentist and the office people were very nice up until I missed an appointment or what I thought was one but nope they said it was several whether or not it was it was in the middle of Covid-19 pandemic and I'm an extremely high risk person so I was not traveling out and about and the funny thing is I cancelled this appointment via their text message service apparently they didn't receive it. With all that being said I got a text saying they had several appointments so I called and the woman on the phone was extremely rude she didn't give me a chance to explain anything just told me she wasn't scheduling me for appointments anymore for the one I missed with my kids. My daughter on the other hand didn't want to go there because she got a cavity and she wanted to go somewhere else to have it filled so when we went the dentist said it needed to be pulled because it crumbled when she started drilling now I'm not a dentist or hygienist but I would think over 2 years and several X-rays they never said anything about this brewing cavity so now I'm out of pocket cost to have the tooth pulled when I feel as if they should have seen it on one of the several X-rays but I guess in the end all that matters is the appointment I missed well thank you guys for everything I'm sorry it didn't work out but maybe you should be a little more understanding in the middle of a pandemic when appointments were being missed and some businesses were closed and some weren't but I guess not. Sincerely Eric
