Leanne L. McDonald, DMD, MAGD Dr. Leanne McDonald, a native of Butler, received her dental degree from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry in 1996. Dr. McDonald is an active member of the First Baptist Church of Butler, where she sings in the adult choir. She is a generous supporter of local schools and sports events, Girl and Boy Scouts troops, and the Choctaw County Public Library. Always active, she enjoys walking, biking, gardening and her morning run with her dental Team members. Dr. McDonald also enjoys attending Alabama football games, trips to the Gulf Coast and spending time with her family.
In addition to her personal and civic interests, Dr. McDonald continually furthers her professional knowledge and clinical skills through her memberships in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Academy of Facial Esthetics, Alabama Sixth District Dental Society, the Meridian Area Dental Society, and the American Dental Association. She is proud to be one of twenty-five Alabama Alumni of the Pankey Institute, a world-renowned continuing education dental facility. Dr. McDonald was awarded Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry in 2012, a globally recognized professional achievement.
Dr. McDonald strongly believes the key to mastering the ever-changing world of dentistry is through continuing education, and completes over 100 hours of clinical coursework each year. Ongoing education is a team effort; Dr. McDonald's clinical and administrative staff play an integral role in learning and implementing new technology and techniques. In 2006, Dr. McDonald's Smile Team and her newly renovated facility were featured in Patterson Today Magazine.
Amy has been with our practice for 21 years. She worked chairside with Dr. McDonald before assuming the Office Manager role in the office. She is the driver of the practices business systems and also assists our team and patients with insurance processing and treatment scheduling.

I have been using Dr Leanne for appro 10 Years as my Dentist!! I can honestly say The Small Town of Butler is Very Fortunate to have her and her staff as a Local Dentist!! They are all Very Professional with their Dental work and Yet Friendly and will go out of the way to help You!! I would Highly Recommend Her and Staff to anyone!!

Would not go back. Thought they charged too much the first visit. Went back for a second visit, and they said I had a credit. When I told them I didn't won't no credit and wanted the money back, miraculously the credit disappeared. It was a mistake they said. Don't appreciate being cheated out of my money.

She's very thorough and professional. She has greatly improved my health with implants and takes care of all my oral problems. She has a friendly and caring staff also. I highly recommend her as a dentist for everyone.

Enjoyed my visit greatly and everyone was awesome. The dental work was beyond what I've expected in the past with other dentists. This was my first visit and a lot was accomplished and I am very pleased. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr McDonald and her staff are great. From the welcome at the door to the exit when finished, everyone is very pleasant, always on time, skillful, and kind and caring. Over many years I have seen dentists in several states and Dr. McDonald and her staff are the best. I drive an hour to attend this practice and it is well worth it. I highly recommend them.

I have never been to a dental office that is so nice and clean. Leanne is one of the smartest, funniest, professional dentist around. I drive 45 minutes to get dental care and it's worth the drive. Her staff is so friendly and very caring. They explain in detail what you need and best routes to go! I love my dentist M. Clark

Dr. McDonald and her staff was great!!! Very friendly and polite. They don't mind answering questions. Being a new patient, all of the above was very important to me. They are very prompt!! The office is really nice. Love the decor. There are TV's in the rooms which helped with my anxiety. I'm glad to have found my new dentist so close to my home!! Thanks Ladies for making my experience a great one!!
