Will only go back to this dentist to get a copy of my X-rays. Had 2 teeth replaced with permanent bridge. Excellent work by orthodontist. However, I was "MISLED" by other staff members on the time to complete procedure AND cost. Especially on my insurance coverage. Their goal is to get the customer to pay upfront or 4 weekly payments. I paid upfront and my insurance paid more than I was quoted.

I had 5 teeth taken out. 3 wisdom and 2 front primal. I'm typically always nervous, anxious, and emotional anytime I have to have any type of surgery but, I was under the best care physically and emotionally and I do not remember the two ladies names but one was a short Hispanic lady that was soo sweet and down to earth. The other lady had some cool glasses and a badass space tattoo. The lady with the tattoo got me through the whole thing and we talked about our interests to distract my brain from getting emotional again so she was soo awesome and I wish I could of given her a hug and to tell her thank you while I wasn't under any anesthesia lol because I literally didn't remember anything after I woke up. Oh how can I forget Dr Huang! He was a chill guy all the 30secs I got to know him before he knocked me out. Overall I had the best team! Thank you! Also thank you to the front desk ladies as well!

Do not go here for teething whitening, if you have Delta dental PPO insurance. Insurance members get 80% off on teeth whitening services. This place does not accept this deduction. They could have be up front about their policy on not wanting to send insurance for teething whitening service rather they told me that no insurance cover teeth whitening because it a cosmetic procedure. I believed and paid for the cost. A big mistake I made. I went to Autumn Dentistry and they accept my deduction and I only have to pay $90 instead of $350, have better results, and my teeth wasn't burning and sensitive during the last round teeth whitening.

Very bad experience my fiilings came out within a month I was in pain and not able to eat or drink they gave me appt after two days won't recommend this place to anyone

Dr. Natalie was very helpful, she made sure I understood everything I was was being seen for as she began the processes. I would highly recommend a visit.

Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy! Had a root canal and crown done. Well supposedly I had a root canal done but after a short while the crown came off so I went to another dentist only to find out no root canal was ever done and the infection was still in my mouth. They tell you the work has a warranty but good luck with that, they find a excuse to get out of the warranty. Never again would I go here or recommend them.

I loved the kids side next door, especially the male receptionist. We mainly went to see the orthodontist and her assistant and we loved them both. We recently switched to the "adult" side and have had nothing but problems from the minute we walked in. They sent my daughter next door to get her new retainers before her dentist appointment. ($300 oop) At her dental appointment they said she was going to need a crown and would have to get new retainers (again!) after the crown was put on. They couldn't have told us to wait to get the retainers until after the appointment? Then we played phone tag with the billing department for a few months while they kept insisting our daughter wasn't on our insurance and we basically had to do their job for them and call and verify everything. I definitely wouldn't recommend using them.

I had a appointment today at 3:45pm for cosultation root canal but when I got there it was close so I check Google for their ours I was so mad I find out they close at 2 why give me appointment at 3:45 if yall close at 2. Tomorrow is going to be 3 weeks that I needed a root canal.

Im not one to usually leave google reviews but I can say I am truly disappointed with this unprofessional office. I personally am one to look at reviews before choosing a place to give my business to and therefore I chose this dentistry for my Wisdom Tooth Extractions. When I say unprofessional, I mean it. They tell you one price and make you pay the full amount(yes you have options for payment plans) I myself paid the full balance owed and months after my extraction I received a bill. Not one courtesy call regarding the bill, no explanation whatsoever. Once I called they said that the extraction was more "difficult" than they imagined. They took 15 minutes to extract all 4 teeth. 15 minutes! I do have to say the surgery was an excellent process, healed just fine. But Communication sucks! Not once after my extraction did I receive a follow up call, they said "They're not the type of office to do that." The office staff regarding billing, is horrible. Nice people, but overall disappointed with ethical practices regarding bills and payments. It's not that hard to call a customer and ensure that they understand the reason behind their madness!

I went to have 2 teeth pulled, the doctor broke the bone while she was extracting it and didn't fix it when the gums were healing, the ends hurt broken bone I went to have him fix it but again they didn't turn out right I had to go twice to have him open my gum because his work didn't turn out right then I thought it had been a mistake that can happen to anyone and I had him do a partial with them and the laboratory did a bad job according to them and the partial lasted 1 month and a wire fell out I had to go and send it to be fixed but that did not end there mw they said to wait 1 week to receive it when I call a week they tell me that the partial was lost and that they need to order it again to go take samples I went and they told me that it would arrive in 2 weeks I have been waiting for the partial for more than a month and it still has not arrived they called me to tell me that they would send it to me n a check to apologize for everything that happened and to this day I have not received anything I do not know what to do I need my partial and every time I call the only thing they say is sorry it has not arrived, horrible experience I would recommend this clinic to no one . (Original) No podia dejarlo sin una estrella de lo contrario no pongo ni una, porque he tenido la peor experiencia con esa clinica fui a sacarme 2 dientes la doctora quebro el hueso mientras hacia la extraccion y no lo arreglo cuando la encia estaba sanando me dolia las puntas de hueso quebrado fui a que me las arreglara pero otra vez no quedaron bien tuve que ir 2 veces a que me abriera la encia porque no quedaba bien su trabajo luego pense que habia sido un error que a cualquiera le puede pasar y mande a hacer un parcial con ellos y el laboratorio hizo un mal trabajo segun ellos y el parcial duro 1 mes y se cayo un alambre tuve que ir a mandarlo a arreglar pero eso no termino ahi mw dijeron que espere 1 semana para recibirlo cuando llame a la semana me dicen que el parcial se perdio y que necesitan mandar a hacerlo de nuevo que vaya a tomar muestras fui y me dijeron que llegaria en 2 semanas llevo mas de un mes esperando por el parcial y todavia no llega me llamaron para decirme que me mandarian un cheque para disculparse por todo lo ocurrido y tampoco hasta el dia de hoy no he recibido nada no se que hacer necesito mi parcial y cada que llamo lo unico que dicen es lo siento no a llegado, horrible experiencia a nadie le recomendaria esta clinica.

Nikki does a great job assisting. Very professional and easy to talk to. Dr. Dike explains the process where it's easy to understand and does very good work. I haven't been to dentist in 10 years and have a lot of catching up to do. I recommend this team!

Friendly, professional, efficient and prompt. I've been coming here for 5 years and never had a bad experience. Natalie Dike has been my dentist the whole time and has been excellent. Most recently Nikki has been the assistant and she been equally friendly and professional.

The receptionists here are the most thoughtful, kind, attentive, helpful, and friendly persons you will ever encounter. All of the dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants are highly skilled, informed, and professional. I've been coming to this center for 2 years and have only had good things to say about it. I would without a doubt recommend this service to anyone.

Everyone talks nice and sweet but there has been a major failure in communication and punctuality. There has been several times that I have arrived at this office, and they were unprepared to do the work. I have called to schedule appointments at least 5 times, and have not received call backs. I do not recommend this place to my friends, families, or enemies. They extracted front teeth, and have not followed up to continue the procedure going on year number 3. Everything was paid up front, then refunded partially 6 to 8 months later automatically. Then was charged a $100 deposit for an appointment that was canceled because they did not have good x-rays. I back to do the x-rays again and have not been contacted since, although I have left messages, and spoke with a receptionist.

I was not overly impressed with this office from my first visit but they were better than others I had gone to so I continued with them for the work I needed done. I had to have 2 root canals which the Dr there did awesome but then I had 2 crowns done there and they were too big so they shifted my teeth a bit. It has also caused some pain every now and then because of the pressure. I went back in to see the dentist that out the crowns on and he passed to the Endodonist saying it was because my root canal was not done correctly but that was not the case. His nurse could even see my teeth had shifted and agreed it was probably the crowns that caused it and the pain. I left but was supposed to come back to have a baby tooth pulled that I had never lost. I come in for my appointment and the girl at the front desk tells me I am not in the schedule even though I am able to show her an email confirming my appointment time. She does nothing to try to help me out and makes no attempt to try to talk to the Dentist I was scheduled with to see if they could still get me in. She just tells me I have to reschedule and take more time off work to come back another day. She also goes on to tell me that she see I need 2 root canals and that she has nothing in my chart about a tooth being pulled. I tried explaining to her that I already had the root canals and that I had specifically made the appointment for my tooth to be pulled and she tells me there is no way they can pull my tooth without first being seen. I had already been seen and had a game plan to have this tooth pulled. I emailed the office manager to discuss my frustration and received no response back. Very poor customer service, lack of caring, very disorganized, no follow up. I would not recommend anyone to this office.. read the reviews.. look somewhere else. There is a reason every other review is a 1 star!
