An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.
Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) is an advanced, proven technology that provides more precise three-dimensional (3D) imaging for more accurate diagnosis and treatment of oral health conditions. 3D dental X-rays can uncover issues that may not be detectable with 2D X-rays. By making images easier to see, its helpful in gaining a better understanding of oral health conditions and suggested treatment.

I had the best service at League City Modern Dentistry. The Dental Hygienist, Ezmerelda gave me the best cleaning I ever had!! She is patient and kind, and pays extra close to details. She's caring and takes pride in her work. I can tell she loves her job and believes in making the customers happy.

There are a few people here that i know by name and are absolutely amazing. First i would like to say Nikki was awesome and did an outstanding job with her work. Melissa she helped me get the payments i need to have the work done the same day Dr. Patel did amazing on the work day getting my cracked tooth taken care of Ariana helped me with the new system they have to get me all ready for the appointment. Thanks y'all for all the help you give and the work yall do.

I've gotten my teeth whitened from here & I must say I didn't notice much of a difference the day of but it's been almost a week and they're only getting brighter. The doctors, techs, & receptionist were all very professional. This place is very friendly and welcoming. They will accommodate to your wants and needs the best way they can.

After being a patient for almost 10 years of this office I had to wait over 2 months for an appointment and got there and they canceled my appointment and did not reschedule me if this is how they treat their long-term patients I don't need to give them any more of my money

I had an appointment at 12pm on 08/19/2022. I arrived 15 minutes prior to complete required paperwork. I completed the paperwork in less than 10 minutes and submitted the iPad back and went back to my sit. After about 5 minutes the front desk lady said "Ms. Perez...oh Ms. Paz, they all sound the same". It is the same thing as saying that every Fat White Person looks the same (no offense to others, just being personal to a specific staff member). She asked me to sign on a pad but never told me what I signing for. I was the only person on that waiting room. I waited other 45 minutes...Until I gave up and left. It is a shame, because the services provided by the professionals are really high quality and reasonably priced. I will reschedule my appointment with Clear Lake Modern Dentistry. I hope this review helps them to improve their service, address, and respect diversity!!!

I go here because it was originally the only local provider my insurance accepted. Providers are nice and seem competent. However, they push x-rays every 6 months, and everytime I've gone in for a routine cleaning, it seems they find a problem which requires an additional visit and hundreds more dollars. Maybe it's just my bad luck, but it makes me wonder. Most recently, I showed up for an appointment to get a filling done and the staff said they had no record of an appointment for me that day. I know I didn't imagine scheduling the appointment. Annoying, since I had to take time away from work for the visit and will have to do so again for the next one. Addendum: Thank you to Jodie for helping me out with an emergency situation recently. I appreciate it!

BEWARE!!! They over exaggerate and up sell at every turn!! I have never had a cavity in my life. They told me I had 7. I was shocked. I just moved here so did not know their reputation. I was telling a coworker and he told me that they are known as "the jiffy lube of dentistry." He told me that I need to get a second opinion. I went to a different dentist and told him I needed to get my 7 cavities fixed. The dentist looked at my mouth and told me he had no idea what I was talking about, that I have no cavities. I told him that League City Modern Dentistry did x rays and told me I had 7 cavities. He told me he can do x rays if I want, but he was confident I have 0. I had him do the x rays and he said that there are no cavities. He told me that if I would have gotten 7 cavities drilled into at Leaque City Modern Dentistry, I would have had life long issues. THANK GOD I GOT A SECOND OPINION.

Went there a couple years ago to get wisdom teeth pulled out, the oral surgeon was great. Tried to continue care there and that was one of the biggest mistakes ive made involving my teeth. I had to get a bridge which required getting the tooth pulled out, it was one of the most painful experiences I've ever had (mind you I just got 4 teeth pulled 1 had to be cut out and I felt nothing it was great), not only that after they did the bridge for that area, I got a huge infection and the temporary teeth fell out twice. when I called them to inform them about my falling teeth they told me "to go to the store and buy some glue to cover me until my next appointment next week" I got so upset i made them fit me into the schedule that day to fix it. Once my bridge was completed i never went back to that place no one is professional there and they are disrespectful and lack empathy do your research before getting regular work done its just as important as oral surgery!

In all honesty, this office has very capable and hardworking people. We've had difficulty over the past several months primarily from what I observe to be overworked staff and/or understaffing. The attention to quality and customer service I believe have become second to volume metrics. We've often felt neglected and even forgotten. I hope ours was a unique case and others don't have the same experience, but I do not feel this office demonstrated genuine care or professionalism.

I've had a horrible experience with this place. I was quoted 1400 for a root canal procedure out of pocket. Mind you I have good dental insurance. So I was pretty concerned with being charged so much. I decided to take my business to another dental office and was quoted for the same exact procedure $600 out of pocket. So why was I being charged over double the price at league city modern dentistry? It doesn't make sense. Don't even bother coming here. They OVERCHARGE and don't care how it affects people.

I had an appointment that I had made online and received an email that the appointment was set. I go in that day and I am told my appointment was cancelled, when I had not cancelled the appointment. I told them I had taken off work and asked if I could be fit in. They said no it was a full day and they couldn't. I get that there is a full schedule but when someone is there, told you they made the time to come here, didn't cancel and then they tell you they are unwilling to try to fit the person in, is not how a business should be run. The person asked me if I wanted to reschedule. I had said no, I didn't want to reschedule and have this all happen again. It was a waste of time and horrible service.

Dr. Windham has been my dentist for 8 years. It's amazing how calm, patient and professional he is. He have satisfied everytime I see him. He has completely given me the pretty smile and beautiful teeth I've wanted. He and his staff are excellent. Stephanie is 10000% ok. I love them

If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy dentist, look no further than League City Modern Dental. I've been a patient for over a year now. Dr. Windham made sure I'm was educated and comfortable with my dental plan. He has a pleasant and professional demeanor. Dr. Windham is surrounded by a team that cares about their patients.
