Dr. Michael Howard has provided dental care to the Marietta community for over 30 years. A 1981 alumnus of prestigious Emory University School of Dentistry, Dr. Howard graduated with the honor of being the only student in his class to receive the International College of Dentists Outstanding Achievement Award. He was also the first graduate invited to join the teaching staff of Emory's Department of Crown and Bridge immediately after graduation.
Dr. Howard embraces new technologies that can improve his patients' oral healthcare experience. He was the first dentist in Cobb County to adopt laser technology for cavity removal. He's also a member of the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association, and the Northwestern District Dental Society of Georgia. Dr. Howard actively pursues continuing education and stays current with advances in dental technology to offer outstanding patient care.
Dr. Nancy J. Myerson grew up in West Hartford, Connecticut. She attended the University of Southern California for her undergraduate degree and went on to further her education at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Myerson also completed a General Practice Residency Program at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut. She brings 25 years of experience as a practicing dentist with her to our practice.
My Mission:' By utilizing new technologies and techniques, my mission is to help my patients improve their self esteem and smile more often. I love to see patients happy after pain has been relieved or a broken tooth has been restored. I aim to have a great chairside manner and always be full of smiles.'
Dr. Myerson is a member of the Georgia Dental Association and the American Dental Association and she is also a board member of the Northern District Dental Society. Dr. Myerson is currently in the Georgia Dental Association Leadership Training Program as well.
Dr. Myerson is married and has two children. She and her daughter are proud members of the National Charity League. This philanthropic organization fosters mother-daughter relationships focusing on community service. Their favorite charity is helping out at the Community Assistance Center Food Pantry. She is also a busy soccer mom to her son. Dr. Myerson also enjoys cooking with her husband, Sammy, Pilates and exercising, traveling to any fun destination for cooking and trying new restaurants.
Marie has been a member of our team since 1991, with 39 overall years of experience in the world of dentistry. She has her business degree from Kennesaw State University. She loves being part of such an incredible team at Leading Edge Dentistry!
Originally from Augusta, Marie is married and has one son, whos currently attending Berry College. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, being outdoors with her family, hiking, biking, listening to music, and reading. She also loves to decorate.

Originally, from Philadelphia, PA, Angela has two sons and two fur babies. She is a huge NASCAR fan, particularly of Jimmie Johnson, and enjoys camping and watching her sons play baseball. In her free time, youll find Angela working in her garden and doing art.
Stephanie is originally from Montgomery, AL and studied at Troy University. Shes been working in the world of dentistry for well over five years so far. As a part of our team, she loves helping our wonderful patients, both new and old, understand why their dental health is so important. Shes also proud to work alongside such an amazing team of highly skilled professionals!
Stephanies family consists of her husband, two children, and two cats. When she isnt busy at the office, her favorite hobbies include crafting, watching Braves baseball, watching college football (shes an Auburn fan), and watching her kids play various sports.
Born and raised in Cobb County, Dawn has been part of our dental team for 15 years now, with 20 overall years in the field. She attended Kennesaw State University and graduated in 1999 from The Medical College of Georgia. She is CPR certified and takes continuing education courses annually to stay current on the latest advances in dentistry.
Lucy has been working in the dental field for over a decade now. She has her Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education from Bridgewater State University, her certification in surgical technology from Massachusetts Bay College, and her dental hygiene degree from Georgia Perimeter College. Today, she really enjoys getting to know our patients and helping them not only achieve complete dental health, but maintain it for the long-term!
Lucy and her family are originally from The Azores in Portugal, and she was actually married there on the beautiful island of Flores. She and her husband have one dog at home. In her spare time away from work, she enjoys doing yoga, hiking, woodworking, and trying new restaurants.
Brandy has been a member of our dental team for 16 years now, with 26 years of overall experience in the field. She attended Medix College and is a Certified Dental Assistant; she also has her Expanded Duties Certification and is CPR certified. Her favorite part of her job is being able to work with great people and patients!
Joyce has been with our practice for over 6 years now and has 20 years of overall experience in dentistry. Originally from Cincinnati, OH, she attended Medix School and has her Expanded Duties Certification and is CPR certified.
Joyce has been married to her husband for 30 years, and they have three adult children. Her oldest son was actually born in Okinawa, Japan, where they lived for three years while her husband was in the Air Force. When she has free time, she enjoys reading, writing fiction and poetry, staying active, and playing with her three dogs.
