With over 2 decades of experience providing dental care to people of all ages, I am well versed and experienced in many different areas of dentistry. Since my cum laude graduation in 1994 from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, I have concentrated my advanced training on Cosmetic Dentistry, Implant Dentistry, TMJ Treatment, Oral Medicine, Orthodontics, Endodontics (Root Canal Therapy), Sleep Apnea Therapy, and Prosthetics. I have studied extensively at the world-renowned Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies with a concentration in Cosmetic Dentistry and TMJ disorders. By advancing my education and clinical skills, I have been able to greatly improve the quality of life of many people of all ages.
AffiliationsIn addition to being involved in several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, and the Montgomery Buck Dental Society, I have been featured on NBC for my cosmetic dentistry and I have had numerous articles on cosmetic dentistry published.
As a member of the Montgomery Bucks Dental Society, I have chaired various committees, currently serving as the President. I have also been honored to represent Pennsylvania on the national level as a representative in the American Dental Association House of Delegates. In addition, I am a past president, treasurer, and secretary of the Main Line Dental Society.
I find it important to help those that are less fortunate and throughout my career, I have volunteered in various organizations so as to pay it forward. From helping to feed the hungry to providing free dental care, Its a small way for me to help repair the world. Most recently, I have been a volunteer dentist for the Give Kids a Smile program and the MOM-n-PA program. The MOM-n-PA program is the largest Mission of Mercy effort in Pennsylvania that provides free dental care to the needy. This program provides needed dental care to over 2000 people annual in PA.

A native of Montgomery County, Dr. Evan Weinstein travelled to Western Pennsylvania to get his bachelors degree from the University of Pittsburgh before returning to the Philadelphia area to attend dental school at Temple University. Following dental school, Dr. Weinstein completed an extensive one year General Practice Residency at Coney Island Hospital in Brooklyn, NY to further enhance his dental skills and knowledge.
After working for a few years at other practices in the Philadelphia suburbs, Dr. Weinstein is thrilled to join Dr. Kaffey and the Leading Dental Solutions team in providing compassionate, comprehensive dental care to his patients in both the Lansdale and Jeffersonville offices.
When he is not working, Dr. Weinstein enjoys playing chess, binge-watching the latest shows on Netflix, reminiscing about his days as a collegiate rugby player, and spending time with his soon-to-be wife Meredith, who is a pediatric dentist.

All of the individuals who comprise Leading Dental Solutions are professional in demeanor. They are very organized. Dr. Caffey thoroughly explains a procedure for the dental problem he sees and puts you at ease if you're having any anxiety. Jeri the hygienist is also very thorough. My teeth feel very clean when I leave there. Have been using Leading Dental Solutions for about 4 years and have no complaints.

I've been getting my teeth cleaned at this office for a while and I always have a positive experience. Loretta is a great hygienist and makes my teeth feel their cleanest. Kim, Anne, and Charlene are always super nice and helpful at the desk. Over the past year I have needed fillings and a crown. I appreciate how flexible and communicative this office is when I have a problem or concern. They are truly great.

My wife and I moved into the area in 2019. I went to Leading Dental Solutions after my former dentist had staffing issues. I have not been disappointed. I first went for cleaning and x-rays. After several visits for crowns and fillings I recommend Dr. Kaffey and his team without reservation. The office is well run with good communication for scheduling and reminders and parking near the entrance. They work with your insurance, and frankly my copayments were less than at other dental facilities. Dr. Kaffey and his staff are personable and professional. I just had a checkup today and again great care!

I attend the office in West Norriton! The hygienists do a great job and Dr. Weinstein is always so personable and easy to talk to about any issues or concerns. Everyone in the office is very nice and attentive. I've recommended them to multiple friends.
