Dr. Daniel Le Pera graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 1997 with a dental degree and special training in IV sedation, implantology, special needs dentistry, and hypnosis. He continued his postgraduate education by gaining a residency at St. Barnabas Hospital, where he further honed his skills in geriatric, special needs, cosmetic, surgical, and trauma dentistry.
Dr. Le Pera holds certificates in cosmetic rehabilitation, Invisalign, hard and soft tissue laser therapy, osseous reconstruction, and holistic dentistry. Dr. Le Peras love for the profession is fueled by his desire to constantly evolve and deliver the finest in modern dental craftsmanship while never losing sight of the patients needs and desires.

Loved my hygienist Carmen. She gave me lots of helpful tips and didnt use electric tools to clean. I loved this because I have a lot of sensitivity and the electric tools exacerbates my symptoms. Dr. Gordon Barnes is a board-certified dental anesthesiologist who practices in New York and New Jersey. He received his dental degree from New York University College of Dentistry and is a graduate of the University of Health Sciences Antigua Medical School. He completed a dental residency at Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, where he was also an attending from 1993 to 2000. His anesthesia residency was completed at Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center.
Dr. Barnes founded Paramount Ambulatory Anesthesia in 1993, which provides anesthesia for children at dental offices throughout New York and New Jersey. From 2000 to 2001, he held a position at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center (now BronxCare Health System), where he administered anesthesia to special needs and pediatric dental patients. During that time, he also lectured weekly on sedation and anesthesia to the hospitals dental residents.
Dr. Drew received his DDS degree at the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine and his bachelors degree in biology at Binghamton University. He then completed a one-year general practice residency at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, where he received an advanced educational and clinical experience to build on his knowledge and skills from dental school. As a result, he is highly equipped to handle dental emergencies and provide relief for patients in pain.

Never had a cleaning as thorough. The hygienist Jessica was very informative. I could've sworn I knew how to floss! The doctor, Dr. Le Pera was also very caring. He took time to educate me on the anatomy of my mouth and explained the procedures I needed done. Will definitely be returning for all of my cleanings and restorative work. Thank you Summit Dental!

TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE OFFICE STAFF. I tried this facility for the first time. Had a crown put in and cleanings done for my daughter's as wel as myself. My issue isnt with the general dentist at Summit Dental. It's with the dental hygentist and the person in charge of their billing. My daughter received a x-ray that I didn't authorize by the hygentist. As a parent, I should be notified of all procedures. I was then billed for the x-ray. When I called the office to try and figure out what went wrong,, the office worker didn't let me explain my situation she continuously cut me off in mid sentence. After a few times of this rude behavior, I politely ask her to show some respect and let me speak. That's when she responded with she's not interested in what I have to say. Only with me paying the bill. $94.00 I COULDN'T BELIEVE THAT RUDE COMMENT. Especially after I just paid a bill over $1,400.00 for a different procedure. Then to insinuate I was avoiding $94.00 bill. Understsnd, Its not the amount. Show respect and answer my questions reguarding my bill I have that right. Clearly, she has no professional job training. I replied that the bill will be handled appropriately and my daughter's and myself will no longer be using their facilities. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL FACILITY.. THERE ARE PLENTY OF DENTAL FACILITIES TO CHOOSE FROM. GO WHERE THEY VALUE YOUR BUSINESSES.

HIGHLY SATISFIED with this office. From the front desk to the assistants & finally Dr. Lepera himself. Everyone was very welcoming and professional. I didn't feel a thing when getting my fillings done & I've never had such a great cleaning in my life. They were also very straight forward. There were no hidden fees, I knew exactly what I was paying for. I definitely recommend this office. THANK YOU SO MUCH SUMMIT DENTAL.

This Location has been my Dentist for quite some time and I would never ever never consider leaving due to their great staff. Excellent dental work by Dr. Lapera himself, I personally recommend this office to anyone needing either emergency work done or just periodic follow ups. Many insurance plans accepted. I personally only use Careington care for my dental work discounts. All in all, I always leave with a better smile
