Dr. Huong Le has over 15 years of experience in the dental field. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Oregon State University in 1994. She then earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine with High Honor from the Oregon Health Sciences University School of Dentistry in 1998. After graduating from OHSU, Dr. Le practiced general dentistry for six years in Portland, Oregon prior to spending a year of continued education at the University of Floridas School of Dentistry- Orthodontic Department where she received a Fellowship Certificate in Orthodontics. Driven to bring beautiful smiles to people, she went on to complete her postgraduate residency in Orthodontics at St. Barnabas Hospital in New York.

With her experience as a general practitioner and her skills gained in orthodontics, Dr. Le excels in the interdisciplinary and customized individual treatment planning approach. As an orthodontic patient herself for four years, she truly understands what it is like to be on the receiving end of the orthodontic treatment. She strives to offer her patients the most advanced and comprehensive care through the latest advancements in orthodontics.

In her spare time, Dr. Le enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, shopping, listening to classical music, and watching the Food Network. She is married to Don Nguyen and they have twin boys Minh Quan and Minh Kiet. Dr. Le looks forward to spending time with the kids on outdoor activities when they get older. As for Don, he is really looking forward to the three of them going golfing and fishing together.

Hi! My name is Kathy. I am the Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator for the office. I have worked for this practice for over 30 years, and I love my job! I really enjoy meeting all of our new patients and parents and guiding them through their initial visit with us. Its fun to see patients and parents learning about orthodontics and getting comfortable with our office. Its amazing to watch the transformation that takes place with braces. My name is Sammie. Ive been with the practice since 1987. I am a Clinical Assistant and get to work in close contact with the patients. Ive had braces (including headgear) and understand what patients are experiencing. I love going through the whole process and seeing the amazing transformation. A beautiful smile really boosts self-esteem. Its fun to kid around with my patients, but I still emphasize the importance of keeping their teeth clean and healthy while also doing their job in the process.

I am active at the Montesano Presbyterian Church and work with Set Free Christian Faith Church in Uganda. I have visited three times, and its so sad to see all the needs but enlightening. We have so much to be thankful for here in the States. In my free time, I enjoy reading mysteries, playing volleyball and watching Jake!

Hi, my name is Shelley, and I work primarily in our clinic as an Assistant for Dr Le, providing treatment to our patients. I also work in our in-office laboratory producing our study models. I graduated from South Puget Sound Community College in 1983 with a certificate in Dental Assisting. I have been working in the same orthodontic office since 1989. My love for orthodontics stems partly from witnessing the amazing transformation our patients go through and from being part of the same team for over 20 years. They seem more like family than co-workers.

Hi, Im Carolyn, and I am Dr. Les in-office Lab Technician. I love making all the retainers and appliances here in our office lab. This allows us to accommodate our patients in a timely manner. Living in a small community helps us to interact and assist our patients, not only at our office but at many community events. I have been blessed to work with the same staff for over 22 years.

I have been married to my husband, Mike, for 26 years, and we have two adult children, Nate and Bethany. I enjoy hiking and camping with my family and attending church together. When we really feel creative, Mike and I often do decorative faux painting in our home!

Hi, everyone! My name is Kelsi Martin. I have been working here for almost ten years and love every day of it! I work in the front office as an Assistant. My job consists of filing, organizing and getting ready for the day to come.
