She grew up outside of Lonsdale, MN, and currently lives in Le Center with her husband, Kelly, and two young children. After graduating from New Prague High School Dr. McMillen went on to receive her BS degree in biology at Winona State University, and her Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. She continues to expand and update her knowledge in dentistry through classes and continuing education.
In her spare time, Dr. McMillen enjoys baking and decorating birthday cakes, cheering for the Vikings, spending quality time with her family, and soaking up the sun. She is looking forward to providing great local care for you and your family!
Alicia grew up in Lincoln, NE where she earned her first degree in Criminal Justice. Alicia and her family moved to North Mankato where she began her journey of going back to school for Dental Assisting, finishing her degree at Western Iowa Tech in Sioux City, IA. She and her family missed Mankato so much they decided to move back in September 2017.
Amy accomplishes her role as dental assistant with a gentle smile and helpful hand. Amy draws on her ten years of experience when interacting with you and making you feel comfortable in our clinic. Amy is kind and compassionate with you! Amy grew up in Montgomery and now resides in Le Center. Amy received her BS in Sociology and Social Welfare and her License and Certification in Dental Assisting from Mankato State University.
Lauren is a Wisconsin native who received her Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene from MSU- Mankato in 2013. She resides in Saint Peter, MN with her husband Corey and two daughters, Adelyn and Elorie. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening, hiking and doing anything outdoors!
She is passionate about educating her patients about the importance of oral health and the connection that it has with the rest of your body. She is looking forward to keeping your smile sparkly clean. :)
Anne grew up in rural southwestern Wisconsin. After graduating high school she came to Mankato where she earned a Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene degree at Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2006. She later married her husband, Mark, and they have made Saint Peter their home for the last 14 years.
Born and raised in Le Center, Sara started her career in dentistry in 2015. Originally a dental assistant, she gradually moved into a position at the front desk. You can find Sara with a smile as she helps you with any scheduling, treatment plan, or insurances questions.
Sara likes to spend her free time with her husband, kids, and puppy. You can find them roasting s'mores around the campfire all summer long. Then, bundling up and ice fishing on those long winter days. She is looking forward to welcoming you into the office.

Dr Jill is great at what she does. I have had some terrible experiences when it comes to dentist so I hold off on going until I know there is something that needs fixing because I cant stand it anymore. Jill and her team got me in quickly, did a full exam and set up another appointment to get started on the "issues". I actually showed up to the appointment and Dr Jill put me at ease and did a great job! she talks to you throughout the process and they dont shine that big bright light in your face the whole time. I highly recommend calling and setting up an appointment!

Very friendly staff and dentist. Dr. Jill clearly explains each procedure and/or treatment options. The billing is simple and wait times are short, the office is very efficient. Get there early; the waiting room has a massage chair!

We're so happy to have joined Le Center Dental Clinic! Dr. Jill & staff have been welcoming, knowledgeable and caring with our dental care! I just needed a dental repair and was able to get in very quickly! It's wonderful to have such a skilled dental team so close to home :)

Welcoming and professional dental clinic. I had a positive experience with everyone I interacted with. The receptionist is friendly and patient when scheduling appointments. Lauren was a great dental hygienist that didn't cause pain during cleaning, and she gave me good advice specific to my situation. Dr. McMillen is confident with her knowledge and explains everything in a simple way. Clean office.

I recently switched from the dentist office I had gone to my whole life. I was nervous about the switch but Dr. Jill and her whole team were friendly and very welcoming. The office has a relaxing vibe. The hygienist explained everything she was doing and gave me some good tips specific to my mouth. I am excited to see how my kids like Dr Jill and her office next.

We switched from a large provider in the South Metro and are so happy to be back with a local dentist. Top notch communication and care! Dr. Jill McMillen listened to my individual wants for my dental health and did a superb job with a new filling. I am also very pleased with my regular cleanings there.
